National Newswatch must be edited by Chomsky and DIon, that site started out kind of sensible like Neal News and now it has degraded into a daily hit Harper and the conservatives and see how great Dion is garbage site. Thank the internet gods for these sites and Drudge etc. Central Canada is getting more and more shrill with every lost job. Who runs National Newswatch, Mark Holland/ eraserhead?

    On Saturday, the Attorney General’s office said in a statement that a total of 36 bodies had been found in 16 pits in the house’s yard. The last previous estimate had been 33. Officials did not provide details on the three new bodies.
    The statement said investigators are done excavating behind the house in La Cuesta neighborhood and they believe there are no more remains to be found.
    The remains date back about five years and all but three apparently are males. The statement said investigators were still trying to determine how the victims died and who buried the bodies.
    Ciudad Juarez has been plagued by violence as Mexico’s crackdown on powerful drug cartels stokes turf wars among traffickers that have been linked to hundreds of killings in the past two years.
    Cartels frequently use *safe houses* in border cities to store drugs, house gunmen and dispose of dead rivals.
    In January 2004, police unearthed a grave containing 12 bodies in a Ciudad Juarez backyard.

    Ever think that the Liberals, or the Toronto Star would start a site, and build traffic to it based on news stories, and then try shifting it from looking fair and balanced to becoming a podium for their own causes?

  15. I have asked the same questions a number of times since their inception to blogging, as bartinsky and BKG regarding National Newswatch.
    Who are the principals behind the aggregator blog?
    CTV Globemedia money, CanWest Global money, Toronto Star Money, Canadian Press Money??
    Is it Warren Kinsella, or Richard Warman or Mark Steyn, Rick Mercer?
    Note these are all questions, but they are legitimate questions.
    Why are the principals reluctant to let their readers know just who they are, or do they have an agenda, their readers need not know about?
    Their headlines usage is exactly as MSM rags.
    Get the slant right into the grabber headline.
    We already know Canadian MSM is corrupt and in the tank for the socialists and Liberals, so lets try and keep the internet aggregators clean and up front about who they are or represent in Canada.

    For those with six-digit incomes, benefits, and tenure these figures probably seem like small bananas. But for those of us who are taxed to the max, without six-digit incomes, partial or no benefits, and no tenure, the cost of a few days in these hotels racks up to a considerable percentage of our yearly income.
    A little discretion and frugality wouldn’t be a bad thing for CBC types to practise. But, I guess that’s not in their job description.

    The problem that exacerbates the National Newswatch slant is that the press gallery war on the PMO prohibits any balanced coverage from the mainstream.
    You know it is organized when Riley, Delacourt, Travers AND Don Martin are slagging the PMO with equivalent fury and frequency.
    They just had it so much better under the Liberals that they want the speaking gigs, free drinks, cozy speech writing gigs and pre-written stories back as soon as possible.
    Who cares if they had to overlook the occassional bout of Liberal fascism, corruption or policy void?
    Better the scumbag you know than the one you are trying to manufacture, eh there PPG’rs?

    Thanks to our Liberal multi-culti acts we don’t have to travel to Harlem or Watts to see shootouts, drive-bys, home invasions or carjackings they have brought them here for our added enjoyment.
