  1. ET- That’s what I’m wondering about. From the articles I’ve read, I’m led to believe that the City is going to participate in this thing.It was discussed at a council meeting.
    As for participating in it, I for one will make sure every light in the house is on during that hour. Maybe the car headlights as well.

  2. I am SOOOOOO happy to hear of Eliot Spitzer’s problems – especially given how many problems he’s caused others of a less guilty appearance…
    If all politicians are no better than whores, shouldn’t his hooker be the one to face charges?

At the next session of the HOC QP, when the Liberalis Feudum forum members rise to question the Conservatives on NAFTA leakage, they should give notice they’re going to ask the RCMP to check further into the little leakage problem the Liberals had with Income Trusts. Maybe that would calm down their rhetoric.
    Tend to agree with L. Ian Macdonald in the Montreal Gazette today on the NAFTA nonsense. Sort of a “Mickey Mouse” affair.
    The Cadman story is another brick wall but it hasn’t hit the desperate Liberals yet. Mr. Cadman is dead, they’ve adopted him as their new best friend even though he was never a Liberal. They love him so much they refuse to let him RIP.
    Soon they’ll have to get on with facing their own demons and quit fabricating stories.

  5. NY State Governor Eliot Spitzer has been accused of participating in a high-priced call girl ring, according to federal sources. Spitzer, who as AG of NY, was zealous in his prosecution of both mobsters and Wall Street executives, has all but admitted he is guilty in a brief statement. Many Wall Streeters who were disgusted by Spitzer’s use of personal indiscretions by executives to force them to accept plea bargains cheered on the floor of the NYSE when Spitzer’s problem was announced.
    Interesting problem for the junior senator from NY, one Hillary Clinton. She was apparently willing to forgive Bubba for his forays outside of marriage; will she forgive Spitzer as well?

    That NAFTA-gate story still doesn’t jibe. MacDonald alludes to the fact that Akin’s job is in jeopardy for telling a Carleton University journalism class of the details of the budget lock-up discussion.

    He appears to now have much time to rearrange his iTunes collection… time for CTV to be taken seriously and make it a permanent reshuffling.

    Krista Erikson got relocated and the rest of the ppg moaners whined and wailed that it was common for the press gallery to attempt to manipulate MP’s with questions. Huh?
    Do they reward the ones who ask their rigged questions? Seriously.
    Professionals they are not. Real professionals have penalties for misconduct – loss of licence, disbarment, and public humiliation.
    These guys know no standard and nothing is humiliating. The reprisal of the rest of the ppg is the fearful motivation NOT to point the finger.

    I’m sitting here on top of 12 speakers blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, blah and you askme to use headphones? Headphones! Have you lost your mind?
    That’s where I got the idea. I mean 12 speakers (including a pair of Altec Lansing AR-14s) driven by 400 watts of output stage amplifier power (via a Dolby DBX 500 low-frequency synthesizer, I might add), we’re all so impressed.

  12. The whole NAFTA’gate not’ is all too obviously a ploy by the Liberal media hacks.How else can it be described? Taking in-confidence chatter to the blower is as low as it gets.
    They know the rules. It’s difficult to understand how ANYONE would even give them the time of day let alone talk about anything with them. They obviously can’t be trusted when they’re making the balls for the game of gotcha politics the Liberals are playing.
    It’s all about deflecting attention from the Liberal quagmire.
    Let the hacks make up their own “stories”,they’re quite good at spinning so filling air time or pages wont be too hard.
    Bottom line, we are on to them.
