Misses who ?? Isn’t that riding in or near the so-called GTA ?? Supposedly in Dion’s back pocket ?? And Wajid’s riding association supports him on this.

Took another look at the poster. What opposition is he leading, provincial or federal. Is there a cost to attend. Is he trying to raise money to pay his leadership bills. CTV had a fairly good commentator on after. Had never seen him before (although I rarely watch that other tube).
CBC, on the other hand, had to quickly cut-and-run because they had found some unknown Democrat somewhere in the USofA that was mumbling negatively about Pres Bush helping the Iraqi people. Seems that a lot of Iraqi girls are able to attend school now instead of being stoned and mutilated. I quess liberals are against that.
You know,the james joyce is a perfect venue for steffi,well suited, for the upper-class twit,air kissing,glass tinkling crowd.This goes back to my previous post. When I first heard of an authentic Irish pub opening downtown,I was mildly stimulated. Thinking of a homey bar, with comely colleens,burly bartenders,and an opiniated crowd,I ventured out.OMF’EN’G. Reality slapped me. Overpriced beer,suits everywhere,the few “ladies” there looked at me like I was thier first backseat tryst, who was about to drool on thier emaciated bodies once again. This is not an Irish pub.I persevered.The barely polite “barkeep” served me with a disdain that was barely concealed. So.of course,my dander was up. I took my darts out and asked “Where could I find the boards?. His response was “Hey ,you can’t bring those things in here,what are you doing “buddy”? I explained that these things are darts and in Ireland,pubs have dartboards which you throw these things at,it’s a game.Well,he had to check with his boss. The manager came out and explained to me that real Irish pubs do not have dart boards. Once again,I disagreed,politely though,saying that mostly every pub that I have ever been in Ireland,does have dartboards. He knew I was right,but I was cut off, and told to go look for my game somewhere else.If you are still with me on this story,my point is that the james joyce is the perfect bar for liberals because it pretends to be something that it is not.There is lots of people preening and pretending to care,but they go home and smile at the mirror,knowing that they are better.steffi will be comfortable,unless real people sneak in and out him as the insipid slogan swallower that he is and will always be.I would be there(I live 3 blocks away),But at this time tomorrow I will be sipping tequila where it is much,much warmer.Cheers.

Yesterday i missed the bombshell news conference B.hoax informed on. & missed the news lastnite Today i have looked for the video CTV.ca CBC to no avail. Looked at Newswatch & found it & I did find it on the T.O Stars at first it was headline now byline.
I would think that this would be all over the news nets but Where?? Is this not a big news story to lose a Chair of a Liberal Comm. to the Conservatives.

Hey, if Mark Persaud is such “an idiot,” (apparently, according to the LPC), how come he was the chair of the federal Liberal party’s multiculturalism committee?
I realize that the Libs are used to speaking out of both sides of their mouths, but either they had confidence in Mark Persaud as multiculit chair or he was just a token appointment–because they actually thought he was an idiot.
