At first glance I thought it was some sort of froggie suicide bomber. Let them loose near our humvees, and let them hop underneath and set themselves off. Then I thought Kandahar was probably too dry for froggies, and since they would be noticed pretty quickly, the project was abandoned and turned into art to try and get some funding for their next stage — suicide rat. Sorry, it seems I am reading conspiracy theory into everything these days. At least this “art” has nothing to do with semen or vomit or sh*t, so it has that going for it.
