  25. Maple Stump, goodness gracious, no way could I be that freak Lafond… I prefer to just have the barber attach the number one to the clippers and mow my hair off like a golf course. Lafond’s hair is scary as hell. Clinging vainfully to remaining scraps is stupid. I prefer the “Captain Picard” to the “Captain Moonbat”.
    Maybe the big surprise is Lafond is a superhero named Captain Moonbat.

    Maurice Strong used to be a highly celebrated man here in Toronto. And he was supposedly very wealthy. It’s surprising to see him accused of stealing money from the UN.

Then there was the program of sanctions, the direct outgrowth of leaving Saddam in power after Desert Storm. You had to square one with other and ultimately you couldn’t. There were the No-fly zones, the parking of the fleet in the Persian Gulf, etc. These were real. Then there was OFF and smuggling. These were real too.
    It was like keeping a pedophile under house arrest then giving him a global mail order catalog and telephone, or if you like, access to the Internet. Then, from time to time, you sent inspectors in to make sure he wasn’t doing the dirty.

  33. The newspaper article is essentially very pro sovereignist, very hostile to Martin and Canada. Canada is viewed as a colonial country, colonizing Quebec, and the article affirms that Lafond is, without any doubt, a confirmed ‘separatiste’ and that this fact will become very clear.
    I think that most of us know this; Martin’s gov’t is trying to deny it. However, I think that most Canadians don’t realize how deep this perspective of Quebecers is – and there are quite a few of them – how they view Canada as a foreign – and occupying country. They view the Canadian gov’t as a hostile occupier. And, they are intent on insisting that Lafond is ‘one of theirs’.

    The PMO has made an edict and the MSM promotes it.
    This has been the operation of government for over a decade…the PMO issues edicts and the MSM tells us we must support them, these are not acts based in public opinion or fear of it….these decisions/appointments are raw patronage or crass vote buying….this is the entrenched order.     Jamieson who also bore Pierre Trudeau 7 illegitimate clones also added that Maurice swore Paul Martin to secrecy and raised the small girl as a French socialist ecoterrorist. Subsequently on further visits to Maurice’s tropical nude only lair Paul Martin stole the now infant charge from Strong’s evil tutelage and brought her back to Canada where she was instantly put into the Liberal mind control camp in northern Chibougamoo (run by Warren Kinsela) to be indoctrinated as a future CBC talking head.
    Jamieson further notes that the small girl found floating in a basket in Haiti 35 years ago was in fact the newly appointed GG Jean who she further noted was proven through DNA testing to be the love child from Adrian Clarkson and Pierre Trudeau’s early beach/pot party one night stand.

  47. Kate: You have posted one of my comments before. I am the woman whose whose windows in Montreal were blown out (along with the windows in every home in my block) by a FLQ bomb when I was 13. It is fair to say that the stress of the FLQ crisis destroyed my family as my mother returned to Ontario at its peak leaving my father and us kids to fend for ourselves.
    When I first saw Jean and Lafond at the press conference the hairs on the back of my neck stood straight up. Something told me that something was very, very wrong about them. It would be wrong to call me a racist. Black people do evil things too. When their background as confreres of the top FLQ brass, not to mention toasting the dissolution of countries came out I was enraged. I remember James Cross (kidnapped) and Pierre Laporte (kidnapped and assassinated) by the FLQ and the murder of others such as Madam St. Germaine at the Department of National Defence headquarters in Ottawa. I remember the the weekly bombings in Montreal during the late 60’s. I have written my MP Stephen Owen and Paul Martin asking Martin to rescind his appointment immediately. I have not received the courtesy of a response from either of them.
    I am starting a letter writing campaign today and I intend to write every MP and Senator asking that this appointment be rescinded. Seeing her and that Lafond with their smug faces makes me feel like I have just been bombed again or stabbed n the heart by my Prime Minister. Please use your blog to get Jean’s appointment rescinded and to have the post of Governor General become an elected position. I have the gravest fear for the survival of Canada as we know it if these two take over Rideau Hall.
    Paul Martin has surely sold his soul to the devil.
