Fifty years ago, I paused for a stoplight just in front of the entrance/exit to the Danbury State Teacher’s College in Connecticut.

The simple fact that this bullsh*t is now happening across NA is testament to just how weak conservatives have become. It is a civil WAR, and we are effectively and strategically being wiped out. Time for Trump to tell the American people he will put a moratorium on removing ANY national public statues/monuments until America calms down and has an open DISCUSSION about this . We know how leftards run for the shadows when they are publicly challenged to back up their bullsh*t. The only other response is to voraciously destroy the statues the left hold dear, too.

A Statue of Muhammad on a New York Courthouse, Taken Down Years Ago
It would have given great offense, had anyone known it was there.
For the first half of the 20th century, an eight-foot-tall marble statue of the Prophet Muhammad overlooked Madison Square Park from the rooftop of the Appellate Division Courthouse at Madison Avenue and 25th Street.
Sixty years ago, the statue was quietly removed, in an episode that now looks, in light of recent events in Paris, like the model of tact, restraint and diplomacy.
What had spared the sensibilities of Muslim passers-by from 1902 to 1955 was that “Muhammad,” by the Mexican sculptor Charles Albert Lopez, was among nine other lawgivers, including Confucius and Moses.

One has to have sympathy for the family of Pres McKinley. Not only did he serve the Union in the war between states, he served as President (twice) and paid the ultimate price, shot down by a deranged anarchist. One really has to dig for any transgressions, other than being a white, male Republican. For all public service he was commemorated in a disrespectful string band ditty in the 1920s called White House Blues, this when his immediate family was still alive. John Kennedy did not suffer quite the same treatment. And the mountain named for him was renamed by Obama.
All to say if the public can clamor for remove of his statue no historical figure is safe, if they are white and male and not from the extreme left of the political landscape.
I like to think there is a way to leverage this effort to rewrite history so the blade cuts back the other way.
