The calls and text messages are relentless. On the other end are doctors and scientists at the top levels of the NIH, FDA and CDC. They are variously frustrated, exasperated and alarmed about the direction of the agencies to which they have devoted their careers.

“It’s like a horror movie I’m being forced to watch and I can’t close my eyes,” one senior FDA official lamented. “People are getting bad advice and we can’t say anything.”

That particular FDA doctor was referring to two recent developments inside the agency. First, how, with no solid clinical data, the agency authorized Covid vaccines for infants and toddlers, including those who already had Covid. And second, the fact that just months before, the FDA bypassed their external experts to authorize booster shots for young children.

That doctor is hardly alone.

  1. I am a rural family physician associated with the University of Calgary. My profession has lost its mind. The best level of evidence is a large number, randomized control trial with meaningful outcomes such as reduced hospitalizations or severe outcomes. Covid vaccines for children and healthy teenagers does not have this level of evidence. We treat healthy 12 year olds the same as unhealthy 85 year olds.
    I hope there will be no medium or longterm consequences from our vaccinating of the very low risk youth. Time will tell. The vaccines are being treated by government and regulators like a religious sacrament to be received.

    1. Your profession has damaged itself beyond repair. You need to crucify your “College of Physicians and Surgeons” goons who outright told doctors they are not to provide medical exemptions even though those same goons had no knowledge of the patient and had never seen them. That is a bloody outrage.

    7. Thanks for posting, don’t worry about the rabid responses to your post from others here, the vaccines have clearly scrambled their brains. I am a… let’s say … a statistician. And I have been saying the same thing for a while now. Wuhan Flu vaccine may well be more dangerous than Wuhan Flu itself for healthy young people.

    8. “Time will tell?????” With respect, doctor, that is not good enough for your profession or your oath. If the damage turns out to be as catastrophic as some highly credentialed people believe it will be, will you be among those grabbed by the mob and hung? Time will tell.

      Clearly political capture — A wedge issue for the liberals and their state media. It’s an issue (vaccines, masks, etc) that continues to achieve traction for them in the polls.

      Can’t overlook regulatory capture — through lobby, fear, politics, and of course $, the makers now seem to hold sway over the decision making at the regulators. Pharma companies, as sociopathic entities, don’t seem to care about anyone, even the wee toddlers. The regulators aren’t making them care, they’re also politically captured.

      However, it is clearly just mostly shitty politics and playing fast and loose with one of the many moral panics.

    Problem is, government didn’t make anyone consume that product.

    1. Well other than federal employees, they technically didn’t make anyone get vaxxed either. Employers did that. But they aren’t protected against lawsuits. Time to go after them….HARD.

      1. Don’t forget healthcare workers. SC ruled that anybody that sells health services to medicare/caid can be forced to be vax.

    ‘I don’t like any of this, but I just need to make it to my retirement.’ – this should be written on their tombstone.

    Only slightly less palatable then “I was only following orders”.

    1. That was the one comment that struck me as well. WTH kind of society is it that allows harm to come to others, especially children, because one wants to make sure they get theirs?!! Rhetorical question, I know. As they say, “Courage is contagious.” We would not be where we are if more had found a moral and ethical backbone and pushed back.

  5. Health Canada re-issued a whole new set of regulations for approving mRNA therapy injections. Unlike the old regs, a new drug now just has to have a “looks good” stamp of approval.

    I think it is safe to say, after observing the last couple years, that our professional class are cowards. The only bravery to be found is in the salt-of-the-earth working class like truckers, farmers, ranchers, construction workers, etc.

    1. Yes….the “professional class” are cowards. And I don’t think the truckers, farmers, ranchers, etc., realize the power they actually have. Time to starve out the big cities where these edicts originated from…..and shut off their oil and gas for good measure.

    2. Pssst. Know why Doctors no longer speak up? Because they’re ALL either government doctors or completely beholden to HMO’s and PPO’s … they can’t speak up lest they get shit-canned. It’s a sad state of affairs.

      All this talk about “women’s health being between a woman and her doctor”? Bullshit … it’s between a woman and her government … or HMO. Doctors now DO AS THEY ARE TOLD … it’s in their code books

      1. CPSO (Ontario) issued a memo back in late April 2021, which essentially threatened sanctions against any doctor who had the temerity of being honest about the “vaccines.”
        Small wonder why we can no longer trust the medical profession any more than we can trust the legal system, or any of the government agencies for that matter, and that includes Hell-th Canada.

  7. Even Keiran Moore came out recently to note the 1 in 5000 chance of severe reaction when vaxxing young people. I sense that the narrative is crumbling even among those who were among its most fervent proponents.

In my opinion those agencies are nothing more than the propaganda arms of big pharma, the fact that they don’t seem to have an ounce of compassion or humanity for those they’ve poisoned should be a criminal offense. I will never trust a doctor again, they decided that Justine’s government could take over patient care and never put up a single fight.

  9. I’m tired of the “but we can’t say anything” excuse. If it’s wrong, say something. Man up. Otherwise, you are part of the problem. ‘ I didn’t know’ is a non excuse at this stage of the game. H

The scandalous lack of data establishing the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines is becoming obvious at this point, but media questioning things — like the Health Canada recent approval of Moderna for 6 months. old babies is still not happening. I know Canadian media are bought and paid for, but surely at some point social responsibility kicks in.
