I do wear the mask (sloppyly…) while milling about stores – but just to avoid confrontation, as I fear I may end up doing something stupid and regretful. However, I do not wear one at work, and for the last 3 months I have been exposed to hundreds of 20 year-olds, in relatively close quarters. I had already adopted the vitamin D supplementation some years ago. I also adopted the Zn + ionophore early in the plandemic. My son is in grade 10 and is the only person who has been tested in the household due to a few ILIs from school. No plague ever detected, and my wife and I never got whatever he had (despite of the fact that he has a desk adjacent to mine in the “home office” and he was coughing, sneezing…). My daughter works on a ranch, she gets her immunity from picking stalls! So, yep, I think it could be that easy.
I never wear a mask, and I’m on about the same vitamin and mineral supplement regimen. Traveling regularly for work, with 5 nights of hotel stays some weeks…no Covid, no problem, so far.

What it does once it’s in you has nothing to do with transmissibility. We would have done a lot better with more testing on the vulnerable and immediate therapeutic treatment of same. Go home and call us when you can’t breath is just not good health policy.
