  2. Very interesting. A quick check shows that Dougherty County is primarily African-American and to me, this shows that this virus is having a profoundly greater effect on people of African descent. Preponderance of comorbidities? Diet? Vitamin-D deficiency?

    The other areas that have higher overall numbers are in the greater Atlanta area. Wonder if their numbers reflect how the covid is hitting African-Americans that much harder.

    1. The link itself shows how many of each race were infected and have died. All you have to do is DuckDuckGo Georgia to find its demographics and calculate the per capita data. Then you don’t have to wonder with circumstantial evidence.
      Yes, in Georgia, it has hit the blacks about three times as hard as other races.

  3. There is criminal liability in California Silicon Valley & Washington State… Those that continued to travel to & from China, Japan, Korea during the infection period within their Companies.. Santa Clara had the First death of a women who was working in their US office among frequent flyers….The FBI should have task forces testing & asking WHY NOT criminal charges against all those that knew ,or should have Known they were killing people…

    The linier infection curve, Santa Clara as Plotted, has serious errors WHY NOT charge them with a criminal coverup…

        1. If it were an unrelated spelling error, it would have been a trivial mistake, unworthy of mention. Just as i did not mention you wrote “cope” instead of “cop”.
          However, when you make such a mistake spelling the very thing you brag out (We know how to deal with Non-Linier [sic] problems) it reveals a total unfamiliarity with the subject you are talking about.             If you cannot appreciate the point about the “spelling error,” you are hardly the person to judge others based on their posts. It was not the error in itself, but a revelation of lack of the claimed familiarity. And the error was replicated three times, surely not merely the result of accident or even dyslexia. (I make typing errors too, but I always go over my posts before posting. Had I suffered from dyslexia, I would have done it even more diligently. I am very short but basketball was my infatuation was I was young. I tried to make myself just as good, and did not console myself that, ah well, I played well for being short. It was just another obstacle I had to overcome.)
            In any case, you are a bigot when it comes to religion. The existence of a deity is something beyond us mortals to discover by reason. I prefer to believe there is one, which is my starting point on religion. But I do not hold an opinion against sincere atheists, I do however, hold one against anti-religionists who are every bit as judgmental in their irreligiousness as anyone in their religiousness.

    1. Second time today I am hearing about a second wave. The only thing that can insure a second wave is social distancing and a lack of herd immunity.     1. Canada is a very big place and you have to go province by province to see. For some reason Montreal is off the scale and skewing the stats. If you remove Montreal you take our stats down by half. My province of 1 million has only 281 cases, with six deaths and is now having days with no cases or one case only.

    2. Posted this in the WuFlu thread, but I clipped what I think applies as info you can use. Click the link and have a look at the Ontario graphs. One great thing is that it appears those files are all on that server, so if you change the date the earlier one will open, if you want to graph the progress of reporting.

      The use of daily reported cases and deaths is not an accurate portrait of the virus. If you delve into the pdf file attached you will see that the province of Ontario is doing this correctly by then placing the cases into their proper perspective by date of onset, not just date reported. Also you will find that the daily death toll is actually a number of cases that have been registered over the past number of days. You will therefore find that both the number of cases per day, and the number of deaths per day, are on the decline in Ontario.

  9. So do we have enough information to draw conclusions about the virility of the Wuhan Flu?
    Does it have the umpf to be a real dangerous pandemic?
    I understand it is now worldwide,including those areas of the crowded and poverty stricken world where there is no government to impose lockdown and absolutely no fat to allow such luxuries as “Home self isolation”..
    So what do we know?
    If this is a deadly virus for which humanity has no natural immunity,where are the mass deaths?
    Where on this planet,where there is no governance,are the exponential spread of infection and the normal fallout of an unchecked pandemic?

    Now I am not making light of this virus,but I am now very suspicious of Government and Government help.
    The numbers do not add up ,to me.

    The smooth transition from,”Lower the curve” to “Wait for the Vaccine” all under “Respect my authority” is not inspiring confidence.
    The bureaus and power hungry politicians are very happy to keep us locked down and ever poorer,as they do very well and congratulate themselves..for results that are doubtful.

    The dishonesty of promising a vaccine is very apparent.
    If this is a natural mutation.
    This is a coronavirus,similar to the causes of some flues,Aids and SARs, or so I have been given to understand.
    And we have endured years of failure to find a reliable vaccine for any of those..
    But stay huddled in fear of this virus,until a vaccine is found..?

    Either we are governed by fools and bandits or we are being blatantly misinformed.
