57 Replies to “Canada Has Officially Entered the Twilight Zone”

  1. You go girl. Truly a bizarre decision. Turdo’s handlers must be sniffing glue.

    1. He’s suing to have the judge forbid the Conservatives running in the upcoming election. He might as well try that, he doesn’t have anything else left that might stop them; and besides, those mean old Con’s twiggered him, and upset his dewicate widdo ego…

The judiciary has agreed to try the case; the trial start date is set for Feb 29, 2032. The Trudeau government will be making representations that they should be allowed to remain in power until after the trial; it’s worth a try, and they really think they deserve it. – Why, Xi Jinping is President-for-life of China, why can’t Sockpuppet be Prime Minister of Canada for life, it’s not fair!

In a separate motion, marijuana having been legalized in Canada, the Liberals intend to make medical glue-sniffing legal in time for the fallout from the Admiral Norman trial this Summer.

    2. Scheer is a terrible speaker. His lack of smoothness in delivering his message reminds me of the idiot Trudeau trying to put sentences together. And doesn’t Canada have electronic teleprompters? Scheer was nervously glancing down a his notes … what’s that about. We look so amateur.

      1. Good point. We should be ruled by communists. Style is way more important than being tormented by statist overlords.

        1. hell ya.
all for optics eh? the twilight zone we’re in is all part of the entertainment industry.
real easy ’cause it’s ALL entertainment.

      2. Perhaps he should speak a little better but that shouldn’t detract from the point of his statement.

The Liberal Party is a criminal organisation. If Justin testifies under oath, he will open his fool mouth and sink everyone and everything.

Perhaps you should focus on that.

      3. When people have nothing to say, they say nothing poorly.

The left want all power and wealth. And know to say anything, at any time, anywhere. It comes across as confident, and it is.

The “others” are errand boys and shop clerks. Trimmers and shuffle foot, floor looking half steppers, happy for a old bone to call victory.

      4. Duke, yes,I’ve been saying that ever since Scheer first got his position as CPC Leader. It’s frustrating that the CPC just doesn’t see it. We DO look amateurish.

        1. Thank you. My criticism of Scheer is meant to be constructive. He needs to look more aggressive, more confident. I agree with pretty much everything he says. I just hope he means some of it.

      5. Actually he is making an impression like he can’t hardly contain his laughter. Works out quite well for me.

  2. I ask this simple Question… If Canada follows the Rule of Law, a criminal lawsuit would have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt… How does the prosecutor prove bribery with only ONE side of the transaction… The Libyan Government no longer exists….. Gadhafi won’t be showing up to testify… This looks like a fake Media event where the media plays to the general public, who are the Jury… Like the Gormley Hearings….. BS Nonsense

    1. It can be proven with evidence, and paper trail. Additionally, there may be sworn statements from people involved, including the facilitators that brokered the transaction…

    2. SNC is not just guilty of corruption in Libya. Several SNC execs pled guilty to corruption in Canada. Also one exec was convicted in Switzerland (I’m not sure wh country that corruption occurred).

Since SNC asked for a DPA, SNC knows corruption occurred. If a DPA was granted wouldn’t SNC have to state that corruption occurred?

    1. – And if there’s one person in Canada who’s dug his own grave and deserves no sympathy at all, it would be… uhhh… oh, what’s that name?

    1. If there had been rule of law in Canada, Justin would be rotting in jail for molesting schoolchildren, and we would not be having this conversation.

      1. If there was Rule of Law in Canada, the government would not be changing the penalty, via legislation hidden in a budget bill, years after the offence was committed.
        Retroactive legislation.
Well that is one way to make sure everyone/anyone is a criminal.
Or to be sure the “chosen ones” are surely innocent.
But of course, the Liberal Party ,the Bureaucracy and the Presstitutes have all admitted the obvious, there is no rule of law in their “GOOD GOVERNMENT”.
Move along now sheeple, nothing happening here that need concern you.

  3. It’s another pathetic, transparent move by TruDOPE, again, he didn’t think this through at all.
It reminds me of that wonderful proverb, “if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen “. Trugroper once again proves he’s a thin skinned, cynical, control freak. Threatening to sue, what a joke. He has NO intention to go to court, this is just LAWFARE

    1. That’s not a proverb; that’s a saying by US President Harry Truman, who knew a thing or two about pressure in politics.

    1. Why counter sue?

Turdeau is doing a great job of screwing up all by his ‘intellectual’ self.

  4. This pathetic farce gives credence to the theory that Butts was the brains in this outfit. Once he is gone Justine’s petulant entitled inner child is on full display. If Butts was there he would have probably explained to Justine that while Scheer is a big meanie jerkface it is not a reason to ignore the law of holes. Poor Librano operatives and their presstitute allies, they have worked tirelessly to change the narrative and Justine blindsides them with his tantrum.

    1. Colonialista, below is what I posted on Reader Tips this morning and fits in with your comment.

      Trudeau fumbles, Scheer scores

After enduring seven weeks of negative press over SNC-Lavalin and his underlings’ attempts to secure the deferred prosecution the company desired, a bruised Justin Trudeau thought it would be clever to hand dimple-cheeked Conservative leader Andrew Scheer an opportunity to look tough, while prolonging the controversy at the same time.

Maybe Gerry Butts really was the prime minister.

      https://niagaraindependent.ca/trudeau-fumbles-scheer-scores/

Maybe the reason Trudeau continually inveighed against negative campaigning in the last election is not because he doesn’t believe in it. It may be because he’s just not very good at it.

      1. Well said. He is not good at it, indeed. As Kate perfectly summarized in an earlier post: “He’s a trust fund baby with an 80 IQ”

      2. “Maybe Gerry Butts really was the prime minister”

        Was there ever any doubt?

Methinks there’ s an incontestably good reason why the only expression this character ever wears is a vacant smirk – maybe, just maybe Turdoo truly IS as stupid as he looks. In that case, the only fix would be the same as what fire-people do for Tesla car fires: stand way back, and just let the damn thing burn out itself out. Once the Libs slap a bit o’ sod over the smoking hole, they’ll be good to go for October…

      3. Justin did something no other PM has done before.
He’s made Joe Clark look far more competent in comparison.

  5. Also,M P’s, call Trudeau a white suppremist for the way he treats woman. It will make him livid and he will make a game changing mistake.

    1. Just heckle the guy till he finally pops in from of the cameras – after all, there’s only so much derision & mockery a narcissist can TAKE…!

  6. It would be nice if Trudeau took his marbles and went home to his safe space and his mommy.

  7. Libs know that Trudeau has to go. The farce can’t continue. Even the dumbest Canadians are slowly coming to the realization that they are smarter than Trudeau.

They know they have to get rid of him. But since his name is Trudeau they must step lightly.

So maybe the Lib power broker strategy is to simply sit back and do nothing and let this six year old control his own destiny for the next few months.

    1. Let me play devil’s advocate.

There is a core base that won’t budge because they still perceive the opposition parties as incompetent. Until the bubble is pierced they will continue to believe that. The only change would be if a challenger sticks their neck out and is ready to contest ownership of the big chair. The danger is that there are still enough fart catchers on Telford’s rolodex that still respond to her talking point memos to keep everyone on the reservation…..well except for a couple of rogue ponies ….. so anyone that is stupid enough to reach for the brass ring will be metaphorically executed.
One caveat is that this unwritten rule stays in place until the Trudeau party fails to achieve a majority in October.
Liberals only treat a majority win as legitimate especially if its a re-election. If the Sockmonkey does not achieve majority there wil be blood.

  8. I posted this a few days ago but I’ll say it again. Justin’s threatening letter was sent by a lawyer named Julian Porter, who is 82 years old. Nothing wrong with working as long as you want and are able but…am I the only one who finds that odd?

Was there no one born after WWII who would take the case?

  9. Next up Scheer the russian agent of putin secretly made him do it with mind control. It will happen wait for it.

  10. What would have happened if, when accusations of tampering with the justice system first came to light, Trudeau had laid all the facts on the table and taken full responsibility? It would have looked really bad for about two weeks, and then the public’s attention would have moved on. Some would have already forgotten about it.

As it stands now, Trudeau seems pathologically unable to take responsibility.

It’s almost as if Trudeau has become bored with being Prime Minister and is trying to lose the next election on purpose.

    1. Well there’s the problem.
When has he ever taken responsibility for making any mistakes?
Remember the excuse for the trainwreck of that visit to India?

Expecting him to do that is like watching the character “the Fonz” say he was wrong.
He can’t even pronounce the phrase.

    2. He doesn’t take responsibility because he doesn’t think he has done anything wrong. Hubris, narcissism, vanity, call it whatever you want but Trudeau really thinks he was destined to become Prime Minister and that he can do no wrong. For his entire life he has been surrounded by people who have pretended to be interested in him, solely because of wealth and his father’s position. How dare any of us mere mortals stand in the way of Manifest Destiny.

    3. Narcissists never, ever take responsibility for anything – if something bad happens, it’s always somebody else’s fault. I don’t think he’s bored with being PM but he must be puzzled at how things have turned out. Where are the adoring foreign journalists, fawning over his socks? Where are the screaming female fans, dying to get a selfie with him? Where are the cheering crowds. showering him with adulation? Where did they all go?

      1. Montrealaise… wait until the writ is dropped and the Media will find the “cheering crowds” and the “screaming girls”… most of them will be hired to fawn and scream, but that won’t matter to the Media or the dumbshits that vote for Turdholemania.

  11. “Trudeau seems pathologically unable to take responsibility.”

No kidding. You really think that The Idiot has any input on this? Ever? He’s been a place actor for 3 years now. A cardboard cutout. There is no “there” there with The Idiot. Can’t imagine his next gig, but stuffing ballot boxes is probably one of them.
The LPOC Old Guard are hanging him out to dry, right to the end. They think long term and everyone of these Bozos calling themselves “liberals under 45”, the Hip LPOC vs Old Dogs, will be cleared out in the meantime. The Idiot’s replacement post election will crater Scheerly Stupid after one term. Bank on it.

    1. PO’ed AB: If you give Scheer half a chance he will be a good leader for Canada. Just remember Tru-groper has done a lot of damage to Tax Payer Canadians. BILLIONS of dollars spread around Lie-bral Pay For Play…now you expect things to be turned around on a dime!! VOTE OUT THE LIE-BRALS IN 2019!!! VOTE OUT TRUDEAU IN 2019!!

  12. I had a shiny pony
    His name was turdo two
I put him in a fancy house
To see what he would do
He kicked and bit his neighbours
    He pissed upon the floors
I took him to an auction barn
    And sold the son-of-a-whore

  13. When the loathsome creep, willy porno was caught engaging in insider trading a couple years ago, he threatened to sue and the Tories backed off. If they had any, ahem, cajones, they would have said “bring it” and as part of the court case, they could have compelled willy to reveal ALL, I repeat, ALL, of his financial dealings. (Except of course for all the stuff he has hidden offshore)
This probably would have provided fodder for the current SNC issue, as it would have revealed his (and other’s connections) to the company. Undoubtedly, Morneau Sheppell provides services to SNC
And what about Willy’s wife? I didn’t know she was a McCain! What about her family’s holding and connections there?

  14. Trudeau’s decision to seek redress in civil court is very puzzling. I think most if not all the negative aspects have been fleshed out in the preceding posts on this thread. The only positive I can think of has to do with an arcane rule in civil courts called the Implied Undertaking. The implied undertaking rule means information obtained through oral or documentary disclosure in litigation, not otherwise independently obtainable through legitimate means, cannot be used for collateral or ulterior purposes absent the consent of the producing party or leave of the court. So, Justin or his lawyers are hoping to shut Scheer up until after the upcoming election. All of this, threatening letter, the please feel sorry for me I’m an idiot and the posturing that the liberals have done nothing wrong is part of a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP) tactic. I don’t think it will work but it’s the only reason I can think of that Trudy has to justify the threat.

  15. Dustbin is a typical progressive, who always blame others for their failures, and who progressively become totalitarian.

  16. Hate to rain on everybody’s parade, but didn’t Juthtin teach high school pre- law at a fancy boarding school?
Probably steepling his fingers and looking substitute drama teacher smug at some over the top cottage mansion on some private lake as we speak.

  17. Cripes Sheer comes across looking like such a weenie. Why does he need to read from notes?….
“I consulted with my lawyers…and my lawyers responded to his lawyer with a letter….blah blah” Whoa…calm down!
He needs to show some pissed off-ness.
What he should of said was, “So, Justin Trudeau doesn’t like me doing my job of criticizing and asking questions and calling him out on the biggest scandal Canada has ever seen. He says he will sue me. Oh ya? I DARE HIM TO SUE ME…NO…ACTUALLY I DOUBLE DOG DARE HIM TO SUE ME!!!….and then he should drop the mic.

  18. Seriously, has anyone at least considered the possibility that Scheer is a Russian pawn, buddies with Putin and the oligarchs?
Plus those alt right extremists of course. Scheer failed to criticize alt right provocateur Faith Goldy for, omg, speaking freely.
Scheer thinks they’re fine people and agrees with Candace Owen that Hitler was a great man. We’re not sure, he’s not saying.
CISIS clearly needs to investigate Goldy and those people she doesn’t know to protect freedom for Liberals, that is, Canadians.
There were alright very bad people there, in a public area. No wonder Facebook banned her. Clearly a threat to public safety.
Perhaps they and she are Russians?. It’s starting to make sense. Will the CBC could produce a dossier to leak, er investigate?
