More: Alan Dershowitz Discusses Tomorrow’s Flynn Sentencing Hearing…

The FBI is a very real danger to the US. The lies and deceit from a so called police organization is disgraceful. The whole thing should be closed down and everything they have ever touched reviewed. As far as lying to a bunch of liars goes if that is a crime then they all should be arrested.
Not merely the FBI, but the DoJ as well. And the CIA and the NSA. Execute every one of them, down to the lowest janitor, for their treason. And execute their families as well, for they know full well what they do, yet they cheer them on anyway. Under their very own Rules of Engagement, that makes their families accomplices and thus subject to the same penalties for the crimes.
With respect, I’m not sure if that is such a good idea, as that is something the Cheka/NKVD or Gestapo would do.
And which should have been DONE to the Cheka/MKVD or Gestapo. Let them and theirs enjoy their very own Rules of Engagement. Or were you fine with Waco???
“The FBI is a very real danger to the US.” You are right. As well, the FBI, as well as the CIA, DOJ, and IRS, were seriously politicized under the Obama regime. This needs to be cleaned up by strong people put in charge of these departments.
This has happened before from what I understand. J. Edgar Hoover apparently also tried to control the government of the day.
Will Sullivan tolerate this? This ends an impartial justice system, if allowed to stand, and initiates something akin to the French revolutions sham justice system, whose true purpose was to maintain political control by the organizers of the Terror. Mueller is the head of a Democrat campaign against Trump’s counter-revolution that is no different than the Committee of Safety during the Terror. All that prevents these criminals from continuing their war against the American people and the Constitution is Donald Trump.
If he does, then pig hunting season is open.
No bag limit. And pig spouses are fair game as well.
You are absolutely right and say it well. The government within the government is doing its best to destroy the leader and government that the people voted for.
The Deep state will say or DO anything to maintain its POWER (over the people of the USA). I believe we are (as always) only seeing the tip of the iceberg. It’s just a matter of luck that the people had the temerity to ELECT a man who was an outsider, a boat rocker, a shit disturber, an ADVOCATE of the PEOPLE. Yes, the uh … *clearing throat* … “institutions” referred-to by these Deep state criminals need to be torn down – completely – torn down … and rebuilt.
I grew up believing our government had THE PEOPLE’s best interests in mind … including the SCOTUS … but sadly that is no longer true. Now I feel hollow. I feel my government is hanging like a loose tooth, one which should be pulled, and replaced by something more permanent and functional.
“I grew up believing our government had THE PEOPLE’s best interests in mind … including the SCOTUS … but sadly that is no longer true. Now I feel hollow. I feel my government is hanging like a loose tooth, one which should be pulled, and replaced by something more permanent and functional.”
Slowly arrived at same point myself, first it was the incompetence of bureaucracies, then the Catastrophic Man Made Global Warming farce and then High River,Restore CSA and our glorious revenue service.
The march through the institutions planned by our progressive comrades has been a huge success.
Probably not as they believed but thats the way it goes.
As conservative folk have often opined;
Human Nature is solid.
Progressive believe that human nature is plastic and can be bent to their will.
So they push, nudge, lie, manipulate and try to stampede the herd..
Then they bitch about how stupid the herd is as they get trampled.
Civilization is a very thin veneer, without the trust in civic institutions, the skin ruptures pretty quick.
But you have to be a conservative to understand this simple aspect of being human.Conversely ,once you perceive this simple detail you have become a conserver?
We can feel secure enough to build solid structures or we destroy until we reach a bedrock.
This duality is inherent in how a plains ape came to dominate this world.

Nice try but no.
Read (if you are able) the Judge’s comments about NEVER having sentenced an INNOCENT man (who was coerced into a guilty plea) … and NEVER planning to do. The Judge is unwilling to sentence an INNOCENT man.
Do you honestly BELIEVE Flynn wasn’t fully aware that his conversations with the Russian Diplomat were being recorded by the FBI, NSA, CIA, et.al. ? Of course he was. Therefore, he wouldn’t even ATTEMPT to “lie” to the FBI. Misremember some minor detail of a conversation? Of course … don’t we all ?
“U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan told Flynn at his sentencing hearing that Flynn was essentially “an unregistered agent of a foreign country, while serving as the national security adviser to the president of the United States,” and asked a prosecutor with the special counsel’s office whether Flynn could be charged with “treason.””
We seem to be reading very different things.
Maybe, just maybe this is a ploy to KEEP Mueller in the spotlight, when maybe Bob wants to wash his hands of this whole sordid screwy idea.
Like a fish, he is well HOOKED, and desperate to get off the line, only he can’t without losing face.
4D Genius.
Curiouser, and curiouser…..
There is still a piece missing from the whole Flynn scenario. Were I to guess, I’d say he was set up by a higher ranking officer at the request and planning of the administration at the time. A few days ago there was a blurb that the DIA had documentation that would absolve Flynn from any crimes. Conjecture would suggest that there were sealed/confidential orders for him to secure communication with Turkish officials. Once he did that, the orders disappeared, and the higher ranking general who issued those orders either retired or refuses to tell the truth. All of a sudden, he was now in violation of FARA.
The FBI (on behalf of the previous administration) then sweeps in and says…”Got you dead to rights on FARA, but we’re not total cretins, we’ll let you plead to lying to the FBI, because (wink wink) we know you were ordered not to talk about that Turkish stuff. (wink, wink)”
Flynn has stated, “I have a story to tell.” Well, that story is the piece of this whole thing that’s missing. If the DIA is sitting on these orders (likely because they were done with the highest level of confidentiality, because remember what’s going on in Turkey politically), it makes sense for them to do so. DIA does not like to be the pawn in other people’s plans, and the certainly don’t like airing dirty laundry like a corrupt general with more stars than Flynn. Whatever it is, there is a single congressman out there that knows exactly what was done with Flynn, but he was barred from pursuing it publicly by having “national defense” thrown in his face. I’m pretty sure that guy is Nunes.
Relative to Sullivan. Well, he has a history of going up against the DOJ and the FBI (Ted Stevens special counsel appointments). But, you’ll recall that once the DOJ was caught holding back witnesses that would benefit the defense, lying about evidence etc….Holder voluntarily dropped the conviction of Stevens. Sullivan put a team together to investigate the DOJ’s overreach and corruption. In that case, it was an effort to stop Stevens from being re-elected, and it worked perfectly. He was convicted a week before losing the election. In Flynn’s case, it was pure vengeance on a couple of different issues…not the least of which was agreeing to work with the Trump Administration. But, there were some other things too, that haven’t pierced the public forum just yet. They might, eventually.
Best guess…the plea stands. Flynn gets time served. Mueller pulls out all the stops to include a gag order through Sullivan. That will be the stickler right there. Because, right now, the DIA can let the dam loose at any given moment. And, they will do so to their best benefit. If a gag order is applied, we’ll never know Flynn’s story, because he will be barred in the name of National Defense from telling it.
Another good reminder I heard today was, where is the second FBI agent who interviewed Flynn with Peter Strozk? And tonight someone on Fox thinks Flynn is still scared for his son. I think he’s right, these are very vindictive people on Meuller’s Team, and those connected to him. At any rate the whole thing is quite odd, from the non-crime, to the guilty plea, to the delay in sentencing and the Judge’s remarks and actions after today.
I don’t get it. Wouldn’t Flynn have a duty to lie to the FBI to protect national security and presidential privilege?
The first sentence of your comment is factually correct.
So someone with presidential privilege responsible for national security is supposed blab everything he knows to some random FBI agent?
Judge Sullivan gives Flynn an out, to throw out the deal and go to trial. He declines with “Guilty Please.” Who can blame him.
To be fair, Judge Sullivan was highly critical of Flynn: “Later in the hearing, though, Sullivan ripped into Flynn, calling his plea “very serious” and accusing him of being an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as national security adviser. The judge even asked prosecutors if Flynn could have been charged with treason, which they hesitated to answer.”
“Arguably, you sold your country out,” Sullivan told Flynn, saying he would not hide his “disgust” or “disdain” for the offense.”
But,
“At the time of his guilty plea, Flynn said in a written statement that “I recognize that the actions I acknowledged in court today were wrong, and, through my faith in God, I am working to set things right. My guilty plea and agreement to cooperate with the Special Counsel’s Office reflect a decision I made in the best interests of my family and of our country. I accept full responsibility for my actions.”
But since then, questions have been raised about the FBI’s conduct in interviewing and prosecuting Flynn, and whether the former national security adviser actually deliberately lied to agents.”
Some Republicans have accused the FBI of misconduct over their prosecution of Flynn. Speaking to “Fox News Sunday,” Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani flatly alleged that Flynn had been “railroaded” and “framed.”
“What they did to General Flynn should result in discipline,” Giuliani told host Chris Wallace on Sunday. “They’re the ones who are violating the law.”
The document stated that Flynn told agents “not really” and “I don’t remember” when they asked if he had requested Kislyak and the Russians not engage in a “tit-for-tat” with the U.S. government over the Obama administration’s sanctions in December 2016.”
Flynn was not charged with wrongdoing as a result of the substance of his calls with the Russian ambassador.”
Now we know Flynn messed up; but let’s stack up his not really’s and don’t remember’s with Comey’s and Hillary’s giant gaps of memory, many of which are demonstrably false, therefore perjury. Will Flynn’s justice be visited on them?
The sheeple may be planning a stampede, but when they do they may turn into raging bulls and amoral fiends like Comey and Clinton are allowed to predate upon them, existing only to be sheered and worse, lectured by them?
Anyway, now Trump can pardon Flynn, who can then write a Mueller tell all book, go on tour, make back his money and then some, and tell the American people all about the Gestapo tactics used against him, and the threat these goons represent to liberty.

There you go…sentencing postponed again all the way to March. They don’t want Flynn telling his story. By March, Mueller will use the two indicted persons from yesterday to build up more charges on Flynn unrelated to the original plea…and indict him again.
Anyone want to bet me?
And what of it? Where are the handcuffs? Where are the perp walks? Where are the grandjuries? Years into this and……….poof.
Wake me when something actually happens.
Hehe Oh, I know, let’s ask Q!!!!!
Panic in D.C. Is it all about to fall. The old guard is nervous. See something say something.
55,000 sealed indictments
Q.
Here’s a little secret. There are maybe a handful (literally) of indictments relative to the whole “spygate” mess. The handful are a bunch of functionaries you never heard of. The massive increase in sealed indictments mainly is focused on the Opioid epidemic that is causing havoc because it’s a brand new drug trade with new players (a lot of which are established physicians across the country). Do a little comparison. Those states with the biggest opioid problems have the most sealed indictments pending (dealers, pushers, suppliers, enforcers). Border states, mostly.
As far as “spygate” goes. That battle was lost a long time ago. The moment no one was hung up (figuratively) as a sacrificial lamb to suggest that the current administration was playing hardball, a message was sent. The message was, business as usual. Then payback (which, if you are paying attention, has already started). I keep hear people say “the hammer is about to drop any day now, then pain.” Yup, it’s about to drop, but not on the parties you think. Every member of congress who had the AUDACITY to challenge the establishment is about to get buried in so many Ethics Complaints, that they will need a whole team of lawyers to keep them all straight (Jordan, Meadows, Gaetz, Gohmert etc. rinse lather repeat). Why do you think that pussy, Gowdy, decided to hang it up along with a vast number of other Republicans? They don’t know how to play hardball, but they are, at least, smart enough to know that the other team are first class when it comes to shitting on your direct opposite.
How about the declassification of the Class 1 FISA Warrant you ask? I’m glad you did. Why doesn’t the president just release it and have done with it? 1. Well, for starters, there’s a president who knows he’s going to be needing something to throw up against all the charges he will eventually face. It doesn’t matter if the charges are criminal, valid, or even actually happened. The other side can frame it any way they wish. The media will help them straighten the frame. We’re at the very beginning of that process. Currently, the focus is on paying off Sloppy Daniels (while disregarding Obama paying of Rev Wright). That’s how it works. And, don’t kid yourselves. Trump hasn’t released the classified data based on pure self-interest and self-preservation. 2. To release it would allow the press to frame him as obstructing justice, which is always thrown out there within 24 hours of him even hinting that he’s thinking of doing just that.
Look. It’s over. The incompetent, self-motivated, amateurish congress critters of the Republican party are a bunch of pansies who don’t have the slightest idea how to win a street brawl. Hell, the Never Trumpers have spent the last two years harking on that very topic lobbying against putting up any kind of fight at all. The only ones left in office are still holding out hope that when the dam finally breaks, they will be back on top calling the shots.
Andy McCabe was referred to the DOJ for investigation and indictment over a year ago. He’s still residing in his 4 million dollar home, getting tax payer money to remodel that buff stucco barbque out back. The gatekeepers remain at the DOJ. Nothing gets past them. It’s not just Rosenstein. It’s the entire upper management establishment.
Ah, but Huber. He’s right on top of this. Hehe. Huber got caught with his pants down. Someone actually did a little digging and found out he wasn’t even bothering to talking to the whistleblowers and witnesses most intimately familiar and any variety of improprieties. An Obama hire (as was Horowitz), so what were you expecting. Do you really think that an administration as hands on and ideological as Obama’s would leave positions like that up for grabs? What Trump should have done was use Huber as a decoy while finding the most savage, red meat eating, right leaning heathen of a US Attorney and set him loose on all of this. He didn’t, however. Instead, he got played by Sessions, who pretended to support Trump early on so that he could land that nice sweet AG position just like he was supposed to do. It’s over. Find another hobby. They won, we lost.
Now the pain.
