As a registered professional in my field, I sometimes read about certain disciplinary hearings involving my fellow practitioners. In one case, a certain individual was brought up on disciplinary charges for using extremely derogatory language towards at least one female colleague. Based on the account that I read, those charges were justified as he certainly violated his requirement to be of good character.
In another case, someone was subject to discipline because of an incident at a job site. He was visiting there with some fellow employees and he referred to the person at the check-in in politically incorrect terms involving race. Taking it to a disciplinary hearing might have been excessive when the matter might have been resolved with a company reprimand followed by a formal apology.
The lady sounds like a total asshole. She should fit right in. What’s the problem? In a lot of cases morality has been held to apply to absence of criminal convictions. But lawyers make up their own rules and judges are lawyers so they always win. Perhaps there needs to be a professional association appeal panel containing no professionals. In my working life I was a member of a professional association and I regarded them as a detriment to the profession. I always admired engineers in Canada. Dues are around $300 per year (a fraction of mine) and bullshit is virtually non-existent.
And don’t forget what Climate Barbie’s profession is. That plus her brainless snowflake personality explain everything we need to know about her political behaviour.
The poor dear………… obviously needs more DNA in her diet.
not much to be learned in the institutions of higher learning other than the fact that you will learn nothing.
“after giving the finger to staff after she waited hours to be served ”
Ah, memories. And then they don’t like your documents so you have to come back next day….
Seriously, it is rare people are that deranged, most articling students are super keeners who can model any behavior you like, sincere or not.
The wage disparity gap between Asian and White in the US is twice (favoring Asian) than the White verses Black margin, but that’s an ugly little truth the SJW’s like to censor.
Far from advocating Affirmative Action, simply pointing out the hypocrisy and indeed stupidity of the Progressive Liberal. The bigger concern should be China’s Asians infiltrating and occupying all stripes of western institutions and communities without any serious consideration to it’s implications.
So please explain where I “fit” into the spectrum of racial “justice”. I admire the hell out of “Tiger moms”, and have witnessed the phenomenon across all racial groups … yes, including *gasp* … white moms. I truly wish and hope that EVERY child has a “Tiger Mom”. But, now I am told that “Tiger Mom” is a racial … slur? So, what I see as a 100% positive … is attacked as being “racist”. Sorry. I refuse to play the game. I will happily explain why I LOVE the term and the entire concept of “Tiger Mom” … and will simply ignore any suggestion that saying …
Tiger Mom
Tiger Mom
Tiger Mom
… out loud … makes me a “racist”. It doesn’t. And I’m not. A racist.
Your children should all be so lucky as to have the “privilege” of having a Tiger Mom … or Lion Dad.
Hehhehheh; thanks! That series was one of the best !!! David Chase had a part in it so no wonder the writing was great! Seemed so Canadian too! See what he is up to next:
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the episode where they try to slow a falling piano to a gentle stop using rockets. (spoiler – they fail)
Meanwhile, back in the real world, Overseas Chinese managers of north American firns are routinely passing over candidates for any job not involving cleaning toilets who are unable to demonstrate near-native fluency in Mandarin.
Our future Chinese overlords have only two career paths in mind for your grandchildren—cannon fodder and pushing fentanyl.

While I was finishing my Ph. D., at least half of the grad students in my department were Chinese. It seems that most newly hired faculty nowadays are from other there as well.
Many companies no longer do their own R & D in house any more, farming it out to universities. And people wonder how trade secrets end up in Chinese hands?
Speaking of Asians and University here’s an interesting story of how we really are living in Clownworld

Nothing a falling piano couldn’t fix.
Waste of a piano.

I knew those people or, rather, people like them. I grew up in a town like that.

B A : So did I, when I lived in rural N.B. for almost 20 years. They are the salt of the earth!
(I have stories too…
like when the fishmonger was waiting for me in the hall entrance when I got out of the bath/shower! Yikes!)
I ‘ve been to Northern B.C. – nice folks too!
I was expecting a more Brainiacs style of piano movement.
