Taxing nothing has been the wet dream of every politician since the genesis of taxation,…… and here we are,….. finally accomplished in the 21st century.   6. Has anybody exposed how CO2 is a net benefit to the environment? More CO2=more plant production=more food to feed the masses of idiots in town who believe that CO2 is toxic, a pollutant, BAAAAAAAD.
    What level are we at right now, 400 ppm? Ooooooooh, dats skewry. Below 250 ppm certain plant life is stressed & below 200 ppm plant life starts to die off, which affects ALL LIFE ON THIS PLANET. So, the greenies & stupid idiots posting on that Twatter thread up above, want the planet to DIE? I do know that the movers & shakers of this planet want YOU & YOUR KIDS DEAD, you can also look that up to confirm that statement, as well.
    Any green house grower will tell you that CO2 levels at 1000ppm & above are OPTIMAL for production, with NO IMPACT on humans. Look it up! CO2 at levels of 1700 ppm wil have NO EFFECT on human life. Look that up, too!
    During the Jurassic/Triassic Ages CO2 was in the range 1700-1900 ppm. Big plants, lots of big critters around then. You are burning that stuff today in coal fired plants to produce BASE LOAD POWER & burning it in your homes this winter to heat the damned place! Greenies seem to have a problem with that picture. Why?.
    Today’s 400 ppm CO2 is greening the Sahara. That is a bad thing, I take it?
    I could go on, but the sh!t for brains brigade are deaf & dumb. When some entity is attempting to murder you in even a slow way, what do you do about it? You resist any way you can. We are way past arguing about this FRAUD. It’s time to remove certain obstructions to life. You owe it to yourself & your kids.

  7. What won’t be revealed by any of our politicians, including Kenny & Scheer, is the fact that all this UN climate crap is just that. It ain’t about climate change, it’s about destroying capitalism & mass genocide. Canada seems to be a test case for the UN on how to go about destroying a country’s economy & the impact it will have on the people living there. Who do you think is calling the shots in this country, right now?

  8. Well I would suggest otherwise. Saskatchewan has a supposedly conservative party, but yet they have one of the highest number of public sector employees per capita, along with Manitoba. Now to be fair for Manitoba, they just booted the NDP out after 17 years of rule in 2016, but what is Saskatchewan’s excuse. They had Brad Wall for over 20 years and the size and compensation of the public sector grew. And they earn above the national average too boot. I think the conservative nature of the Saskatchewan Party is an illusion, and their PR department is obviously world class.

  10. I hear you brother, but when the US EPA makes the official FEDERAL “finding” that Co2 is a pollutant … based on flawed if not outright FRAUDULENT science … then all is lost. I have placed all my HOPE in President Trump to REVERSE this travesty. Reverse JUNK science, and replace it with the REAL science of which you speak.

  13. Interesting report but I need to correct you on a couple of points. Brad Wall did not become Premier of Saskatchewan until 2007 so he was not in power for “over 20 years”. And if you peruse Figure 4 of the report you will notice that Public Sector Employees per 1000 residents reached a high of about 117 in 2009 and then steadily declined to 111 in 2015. Still too high I agree.
    We need a system like some of the U.S. states have where the legislature only meets once a year for a limited number of days. In Texas and Montana it only meets every second year. Then these MLAs wouldn’t make politician a full time job where they have to pass their time making new laws to make it look like they are earning their salaries.

  14. Brad Wall was an immense improvement compared to the seeming decades of NDP power in this province. And he was against the useless carbon tax.
    But he never came out and stated that Climate Change is a hoax, so he obviously has bad advisors. Anybody who really studies the science knows it is a farce.
    His government wasted approximately 1 billion dollars on carbon sequestration for a “clean coal” power plant. And it continues to push for more wind power which is a total waste of taxpayers money.
    It is only because the NDP is so left wing that a middle of the road politician like Wall could be considered a conservative.
