  1. Sarah Hoyt wrote it well, and it is certainly worth reading and digesting.
Although in my opinion slight correction is in order. I’m not sure how she arrives at the year 1945 for the arrival of the aliens. I would suggest that this evil invaded already in the early 1920s with the writings of John Reed of “Ten Days That Shook the World” fame, the Bolshevik coup. He married Louise Bryant, and was friends with Margaret Sanger the baby killer, was a member of the Communist Labour Party of America, and even was Soviet Consul for a while.
Then there was also Walter Duranty defending and representing the communist evil through his boss the New York Times.

  2. the writings of John Reed of “Ten Days That Shook the World” fame, the Bolshevik coup.
That also inspired one of the most over-rated movies ever made: Reds. It featured Warren Beatty as Reed and was also directed by him. It also had interviews with many of the people who were involved with the events shown in the film.
I found it tediously boring and it confirmed my suspicion that Beatty is one of the most pompous asses in Hollywood.

  3. I have often wondered WHY the leftists appear to have the “majority” (SHE did win the popular vote … notwithstanding a few million formerly dead people and Mexican National votes). And I believe the answer is neatly summarized at the end of the article.
And then roll up your sleeves and build. The left is – ultimately, and perhaps unwittingly, at least for most of them – destroying civilization. Our only choice is to build parallel institutions to take the weight when the ones they’re undermining collapse.
Build under, build over, build around.

The operative word is “build”. Building is HARD. It requires skill, knowledge, planning, and persistence. “Tearing it all down man” is EASY. Throw some rocks, or Molotov cocktails. Make some … speeches. Write a manifesto. And building takes RISK. The greatest of all these risks is failure. Every time one sets out to build something, it is like asking a pretty girl to the dance. You risk rejection. You risk public scorn and humiliation. OK … so Trump University didn’t turn out so well. That may have been caused by very fixable reasons … but someone named Trump took another RISK … at a time when he didn’t even need the reward.
The single greatest characteristic of our species is the ability to not only DREAM … but to BUILD. To transform our dreams into physical reality. And the one thing that we Conservative dreamers have going for us is success. That despite rejection and/or simply fear of rejection we have built a damn nice comfortable living for anyone who has embraced our ways. If the leftists tear it all down by converting fossil fuels to “clean green” energy for example … and people freeze to death in the dark or lose access to life-saving medicines … then the pendulum of the majority will swing wayyyy back right. Notice how the Syrian (and other) Refugees are not fleeing into Iraq, Iran, or Saudi Arabia. Gee, I wonder why that is ? Success. They desperately want the success of the West … of Capitalism. Oh, and of course they are fleeing into the arms of Marxist redistribution that will offer them a comfortable living for nothing in return except for Muslim proselytizing of our youth. A comfortable living still EARNED by Capitalist endeavor.

  4. I wouldn’t say they are coming here for “success” — it is more a case of being prevented from going anywhere else. Once they decide that life in their home country is going to be intolerable then they have no other options, they might “succeed” in Saudi Arabia but they can’t get into Saudi Arabia because that kingdom doesn’t care about optics and political correctness.
Some of these migrants will of course succeed. Some will turn out to be incompatible. A few will prove to be on a different mission altogether.
We need to be very careful that we don’t tip the balance towards chaos the way Sweden did.
