In it, Bill Nye uses cold, hard facts from the science consensus to dispute ugly, ignorant claims about anthropgenic global warming not being a real threat to humanity. Apparently sexuality being a social construct is another science fact that he feels its imperative to share. He’s saving the world. Really.

I don’t watch anything to do with the “pseudo-science guy” so I guess I saved myself the aggravation of whatever was in the link, however to perhaps answer part of your question “why have tens of millions of people gone mad?” The answer is perhaps in part the fact that fifty years ago the education system in the West was subverted and corrupted. We abolished critical thinking. IMHO there is no other explanation. I could expound on examples till the cows come home but they would be wasted on most under the age of 65.

20. Yes! I always read the comments first, and always appreciate the warnings. There is enough ugliness in the world, so there is no reason to go looking for more, and some things cannot be “un-seen”.

22. Science….. according to Science, there are two types of chromosomes that dictate gender. Two.
    You can pretend that gender is a social construct, and that Science points to multiple genders, but the opposite is true. Science has given us two genders, and the multiple in-betweenies that she is “singing” about (almost had to puke on that one) are strictly a social construct. Or fabrication. That does not solve any issues, but at least it is a factual basis from which to begin a discussion. (Not that she or Bill would ever want one.) You have the legal right to act how you want, but the fact remains that there are only two possible chromosome combinations, and that is all that true Science will ever recognize.
