John Kerry was a war hero too – he received 3 Purple Hearts – all 3 wounds cured with a Band-Aid. He received a Bronze Star for an engagement where no-one was sure the enemy was present. He did receive a Silver Star for killing an enemy soldier, a big award for doing his job.

All Trump has to do is issue new executive orders lifting the ones Obama issued (His very first action as President in 2009) about keeping all his school records and Birth Certificate sealed up.

The real Birth Certificate (If there is a valid one) could probably show “Unknown” in the “Name of Father” box which would contradict Obamas mostly made up past from his written biographies.

While flying operations against North Vietnam he was shot down and taken prisoner (1967.) The North Vietnamese abused POWs and tortured some of them. McCain was tortured and fellow POWs reported his conduct as a POW was exemplary and contributed significantly to their morale and resolve. The NVA discovered he is the son of a four star admiral who was also the son of a four star admiral and when there were repatriations offered to send him back early, ahead of others POWs who had been in captivity. Presumably the NVA hoped he would have influence to use in their favour when returned to the U.S.A. and/or this would discredit him in the eyes of other POWs. He refused. He was eventually repatriated in 1973.
