The President can pardon individuals from prosecution for as yet unlaid charges… If he does, It becomes a double jeopardy – individual can no longer be considered for prosecution for those crimes of which they might have been charged.
You are right. All of it, and you know what, nothing will happen in the way of prosecution, zilch, nada. The ideological control of the FBI is complete, they are a Praetorian guard or Sicherheitsdienst of the Democrat Party today.

Nixon was pardoned to STOP the bickering & bleeding. He was not impeached. he resigned, Hillary needs to be pardoned for the same reason…The Congress does not take walking orders from the Executive branch, and they are just getting started & don’t forget the Civil lawsuits
