Hillary Clinton has spent a third of her adult life trying to become president. All for nothing.
The first time around, she wasted $200 million just to lose to Obama. $11 million of that money came from the notoriously “flat broke” couple. This time around she was determined to take no chances.
Together with her husband she built up a massive war chest using money from foreign governments and speaking fees from non-profits, funneled into her own dirty non-profit and a complex network of unofficial organizations staffed by Clinton loyalists, secured an unofficial endorsement from Obama and carefully avoided answering questions or taking positions on anything. There was no way she could lose.
Now she’s losing all over again.
Still, I’m reminded of that Kathy Bates character in the movie Misery. Not sure why.

The ‘naked’ political greed the consumes Hillary was exposed when she stood beside her
husband as he denied all sexual accusations with ‘that woman’. There is no low to which these two would not stoop.
Hillary is a deeply flawed person. Why does she lie? It has always done her harm, right from her position on the Watergate board, where she was fired by the Democrat chair for lying.
Even Bill Clinton told her not to lie over the Benghazi affair! But she couldn’t help herself.

Her lawyer’s argument that nothing was “marked” & therefore no criminal act was committed (I guess that is the way secrecy laws are written) How does she know nothing was marked on her server unless she had ordered the markings removed?

I suspect that her defence would more likely devolve down to this: if any unmarked material is proven to have originated as a classified document, then someone else must have stripped the classifications off before introducing it onto her system.
She would be right of course (as Secretary of State she wouldn’t personally be “air-gapping” classified material and stripping away any security caveats.
Some minion(s) in State will likely take the fall for that, I would suggest.

HRC was Secretary of State. She has stated that she only used her private e-mail account/server and did not have a U.S. government secured system for receiving e-mails.
As SoS, she would have regularly received classified e-mails as part of her job. Where, for 4 years, could those classified e-mails have gone except to her private system?
Despite the assertions of some here, HRC is definitely going to be charged with something involving this affair, she is going to have her security clearance revoked, and she is not going to become the Democratic candidate going into the election because these things(an indictment and security revocation) will disqualify her even if she is not in custody by the time of the Democratic convention.
Zero hates the Clintons. Not sure if his hatred extends to wanting to see her destroyed…criminally charged and maybe having to pardon her? Ya never know?

Hilary was a republican in her youth. The Clintons are good friends with the Bushes. It’s not the democrap or republicans behind the curtain, it’s the politician. Washington and Ottawa both need cleaning, and I think sani-flush is a the right cleaner for the job. Maybe (T)rump’s real name IS sani-flush

Bald-faced lie. Whether the classified material is marked is irrelevant (stripping the markings is also a crime). Hillary as SoS would absolutely have known this. A lower-level flunky would have had their security clearance suspended at minimum for pulling half the stunts that Hillary & her cabal has.
She will not be president. She should go to jail, and so should a pile of her cronies.

How could the head of an Agency operate without constant direction & a disciplined reporting structure. Who where the Direct reports to Hillary Clinton? All the minutes of meetings must be signed before distribution–did she sign. Far to many functions are missing… Was Valerie Jarrett the real Sec of State?, RICE?, or was it a cluster F*** that reported to George Soros.
Hillary was just the face of State, used for global personal influence peddling…Money..Money
