  1. Right Joey. No, moron Sean,or Danny Glover and Harry Bellyfonty will not be vacationing in Uncle Hugos hellhole now, no they are with the other assorted nuts in Hollywood schemeing on how to get the Hildabeest elected. Ken, you are so right, our media touts the merits of Angry Tom, and his multi mortgaged cabin, and the Hair Lisperer, all while ignoring news like this, makes the fairy tale end to quickly by telling the truth.

  2. No, no, no, these people were only waiting in line to get an autograph from Michael Moore.

  3. sometimes extreme hardship is the only thing that will jar idiots and morons out of their delusion that socialism has any value for human beings.

  4. According to some polling we could be headed in this direction with Ontario on the skids, Quebec on perpetual equalization dole, ditto the Atlantic region, NDP at the till in Alberta…we’re almost there. All we need is Mulcair or Trudeau and his running mate Wynne, who is presiding over an economic mess in Ontario and we have arrived slam dunk into a soup kitchen haven.

  5. If you don’t learn from history you’re going to learn very hard lessons first hand.

  6. If memory serves, about forty years ago, National Lampoon had a short piece on “Burger Czar”, the Russian version of Burger King. You waited in a two-block-long line, got to the front, and discovered that there was nothing for sale. At the time, Burger King’s jingle was “Hold the pickles. Hold the lettuce. Special orders don’t upset us. All we ask is that you let us have it your way.” Burger Czar’s was “Hold everything.”
The picture reminds me of that.

  7. There is one province in Canada that will tell Mulcare and Trudeau where to go. It is Saskatchewan. Brad Wall will not let the socialists in Ontario and Quebec ruin this province. Quebec talks a good game about seperation but it will be the WEST that finishes the job. We will not be put back into the toilet by FROGS and their minions, people from Ontario.

  8. Hummmmmmm. Interesting pics. Lots of cell phones, but no big screen TVs. We gotta get a few SJWs down there to teach them the Canader rez way! It’s for the kids!

  9. I agree, mulcair or justin will not be allowed to sacrifice my life for their illogical and criminal idiotology!

  10. Where are all the SJWs and neo-coms in media, Hollywood and campuses flooding into their dream state to help save it from the inevitable IMF take over?
As always where there’s manual labor or personal financial investment involved, the decadent left is a no-show.

  11. The good thing is that their CO2 emissions are under control. An inconvenience is that they might soon be dying in droves from starvation. Maybe then they will come to Canada and vote from Tom Mulcair to help save us just like the communists saved them.

  12. You’re missing the point. What you are seeing in fairness and equality in action.

  13. The “progressives” more or less went on radio silence a couple of years ago regarding Venezuela’s bold Bolivarian experiment.
After all, you can’t have your pieties muddled by a reality that is far too contradictory!

  14. I’m betting the majority of those in line voted to “take from the rich to help the poor and middle class”. Of course the socialists forgot to tell them that anyone not living on the street is considered rich. They’re getting what they voted for, good and hard.

  15. Well dj, Being a Conservative from Ontario, I’ve never been called a minion of the FROGS before. Check the voting record in Regina. I remember when Albertan’s used to smugly say the same about us embattled Conservatives fighting in Ontario. Careful when you stir up crap, sooner or later you always have to lick the spoon.

  16. “I’m betting the majority of those in line voted to “take from the rich to help the poor and middle class”.”
Sadly, many Canadians did vote for that mentality in Ontario, and lately in Alberta, as well as in previous elections, and appear to be about to do so again in the Federal election.

  17. You guys really don’t get the concept of a mixed economy, do you? Here are people lining up in the US because they don’t have socialized programs:

So perhaps we could say that there is a happy medium that lies somewhere between the promises of extremists, be they socialists or capitalists.
Oh, and since there is no posts moaning about them thar “sparky cars” I’ll just post this here. One of them just got a rating of 103 out of 100 from Consumer Reports. Ruh roh!

  18. Every dead man is the equal of every other dead man. And of every dead woman.
The video is of Calgary in 2020.

  19. Anyone that uses the US as an example of unfettered capitalism, that it is somehow not a mixed economy, doesn’t know what they are talking about. The US health care situation is both socialized and or fascist, crawling with mandates. It lacks any semblance of a free market. A mixed economy is a dying economy as measured by the level influence of the dead hand of the state.

  20. Sure John. I guess you’d have us believe that the line-up in Venezuela for Med Care would not resemble this one, for a scant few groceries. The point is it’s no coincidence that somehow each and every one of these socialist utopias quickly reveals itself to being a cruel dictatorship and a regrettable failure. You speak about some nary fairy “happy medium.” Try to articulate that one. We’ve all heard that psuedo voice-of-reason many times before. It means nothing. Look, there good practises and bad ones. It’s all been tested before. It isn’t a case of let’s just blend a bunch of ingredients and trust the recipe will be a winner.
And I suppose it won’t be long before each Venezuelan is provided with a brand new Tesla by their own government.

  21. John, (as in toilet)many ppl in western nations work real hard just so they can be poor. Some years ago part of my extended family was about 6 grand short every year, just for basic, except cigarettes. They spent any were from 10 G’s to 20G’s on smokes. So you see Johnny boy, they worked (smoked) hard to be poor. Just leave these achievers alone would ja.

  22. Hey Johnboy, ONLY $105,000 American bucks, subsidized by the taxpayer as well, its worth mentioning.
For $105K, I would rather have the top of the line tire burning VETTE, for $75k the nutso WILDCAT, or, the newest Shelby.
You can take your tonka toy and ride it until the batteries run out. Oops, no Tesla station nearby, so sad.
Tesla might have interesting ideas and products, but, his company loses hundreds of millions a year, despite massive government subsidization.

  23. Venezuela and Brazil used to free and very rich countries. Then came the socialist gov’t control of all gov’t department’s, now the people aren’t free. This will happen to us, in Canada if the NDP or Lie brals form our gov’t.

  24. I quit smoking nearly eight weeks ago.
    I loved smoking.
Somehow, though, it had gotten to the point where it just wasn’t the same.
    Don’t know why.
I have quit before, and always for the same reason.
    To save money.
I’ve figured that at 15 bucks a pack a day I spent over eight grand pre tax on smokes a year.
Good luck getting that money back government.
    No, I get it.
You’ll just raise all the non smokers taxes to make up the difference.
