3. Schumer is the new Silverman. There won’t be a peep. In fact, I’m almost willing to bet that no animal rights zealot will even admit seeing it.

4. People are constantly asking me if my pure bred dogs are rescues. The answer: no, they were free dogs. What the hell ever happened to getting a free dog?

5. Simply put Kyla: the rent seekers aren’t getting both their monetary or emotional cut of the transaction.

6. My adorable pure bred dog was raised to 3 months by a reputable breeder who shows dogs. She is my most faithful friend and dear companion, rivaling only my own children and new grandchild for my devoted love. People often stop me in the streets to ask if she is a rescue and to tell me how cute and friendly she is. I happily tell them, no, she was quite expensive because her grandmother and brother are show dogs, I bought her for her temperament; and her ancestors are free of common ailments which can appear in this breed. The rescue folks should adopt a human child and leave the rest of us alone. And they should be corralled at the Calgary Stampede and be made to square dance for a week.

7. Just say to the people that are proud of thier rescue dogs. I wonder if the people that owned the dog before have stopped putting up lost puppy/dog posters. Drives them nuts.

8. If only this amount of work, passion and heart went into re-homing and finding forever families of the 1000’s of children that are adoptable but languishing in foster care….what could be wrong with making a human being feel worth while and loved for once in their lives??????
