2. The Reason is CRIME & Loss of $1 million at Chatham Store.
   Walgreens’ has announced store closing in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood. The mayor and alderman pronounced this as a corporate crime and of course racist. “We are not here to beg Walgreens. We are saying this is the wrong decision, and in my opinion, this is a corporate crime,” 6th Ward Ald. William Hall said”
   Walgreens’ response:
   Walgreens stated that the closure of the Chatham store is due to significantly higher levels of theft and violent incidents compared to other locations, which made it difficult to maintain a safe environment. They emphasized that this decision was a last resort after attempts to improve security and operations
   The Chatham store experienced a loss of over $1 million in the previous year, attributed to declining prescription sales and theft rates that were four times above the company average. Walgreens invested heavily in security measures, but these efforts did not sufficiently mitigate the ongoing issues

3. If these socialist/communist leaders would accept the repercussions of their failed policies, then I’d have some respect for them. But they NEVER apologize. Much like locusts on a field, they just double down and double down, sucking the lifeblood out of everything.

4. NYC elected a Jihadist Communist Ideologue. His objective is the total destruction of NYC. Mayor Johnson in Chicago is a Communist but not a Muslim.

   All eyes on Los Angeles and Spencer Pratt. The Communist woman from India, Raman Noodlehead, was leading but opened her mouth at the debates and she’s gone from a 60% chance of winning to 15%. Communist Mayor Bass who spends way too much time in Havana, Cuba is skipping the next debate.

   In a logical city in a logical state, Spencer Pratt would be in the lead. Instead he has gone from 3rd to 2nd. If he stays in second and Bass doesn’t get 50% of the vote in the June 2 primary election, then Bass and Pratt move on to the general election in November giving plenty of time to bury Bass and expose her as a Communist. Pratt’s ads are the most innovative filmwork ever – a lot of AI use but they are gems.

   The mayor of Aracdia, CA – a Los Angeles area city of 50,000 just was caught being a Chinese Communist spy. Sounds like Canada. When the NY Times reports it this way – well, thats not good for Mayor Wang.

5. Update – Communist Indian woman, Raman Noodlehead, just pulled out of the debate, so both Communists are gone leaving Spencer Pratt, so the “debate” has been cancelled.

   Pratt totally exposed them so their handlers understand the danger of showing up and their candidates opening their mouths.

6. Cities … like good restaurants spring up around good resources, and hard, dedicated labor. People flock to them because they are exciting, vibrant and feed the needs of people. But when the quality of food/life falls by the wayside … people vote with their feet. They move to the suburbs, where the food has turned from sparse and bland to a new vibrancy.

   Let every Blue city die from its own decline. No one shed a tear for all the Eastern Industrial cities that shed populations and became empty shells … why should we give two shits about Seattle, NYC, or San Francisco?

7. Woke Wall Street could stop this tomorrow by refusing to extend Blue cities any more credit. They do not and will not. Without generous funding from Woke Wall Street, the left as we know it would not exist.

   Woke Wall Streeters only care about things going wrong that affect them personally.

   Things work as expected in the countries where they domicile for tax reasons.

   1. Streets are clean and clear of beggars and drug addicts.

   2. The police come when you call them, and it will be the suspect who faces charges, not you.

   3. Doctors speak perfect English, make house calls, and are serious about helping you get better. Doctors take cash upfront. This is not a coincidence.

   4. Your heirs and successors can count on access to international schools offering some of the best K-12 education money can buy anywhere. Of course, they too only take cash.

   Why can’t Angelenos have any of that? Easy. They don’t matter.
