Apparently they went to a comic book panel about feminism…I know…comic book…and challenged the narrative.
Today they were banned from the expo and their display removed.

Because the Expo can’t really explain why they got the boot, they’re doing damage control in a rather ham-fisted way. It’s pissing off a lot of the anti-SJW crowd.
Lance, I’ve been following the SJW meme here and elsewhere for some time now (and sadly worked with a bunch of them for a long time.) That said I have been watching some sanitized documentaries on China of late on the Knowledge network. I can’t help but see the obvious parallels between Mao’s Red Guards and the SJW mindset. Same demographic, same misplaced idealism absent real world understanding, same destructive objective.
I was wondering if you (or anyone else here abouts) has a history of this “movement”. It seems to me that someone has to have created the mind set as nothing this “extinction seeking” could evolve on its own.

Well Peter. For what it is worth here is my opinion on rise of the SJW mindset. I have told the following story a number of times.
In the late 1950s and early 1960s, a friend in Ontario was attending McMaster University and studying to be a teacher. He worked on my dad’s fruit farm in Niagara in the the summer. One summer he told us that there was a communist in his class.
Years later, in Saskatchewan, my parents had retired in Saskatchewan and we also moved here. My father passed away in 1979 and my mother remarried. One of my new step-brothers was a school principal in Lanigan. One family gathering, while discussing politics, he mentioned that while he was taking teacher training at the University of Saskatchewan in the late 1950s and early 1960s, he had some communists in his classes.
If there were communists at McMaster and U of S there must have been more on the campuses across the country. If you consider that radical socialists work 24/7 to get their Marxist agenda implemented everywhere you can imagine what has occurred since the early 1960s. They have infiltrated pretty much all of our media and educational facilities.
We see their influence in the great efforts to destroy the family and in socializing everything.
I might add that many SJWs are fine minded people that think they are are doing good for society and do not realize that they are being used by the “progressive” (Marxists) to slowly implement their agenda.
Western Europe and North America can not be taken by storm like all the former Comintern members originally wanted but rather follow the plans Frankfurt School laid out.

I agree with much of what has been said….but I still don’t know who did what to who and why …lol. I do see marxist ideology taking over first of all conservative men are total cowards who don’t understand how important a role the church plays in this so there for you have supposed conservative men getting sleeve tattos and lifted trucks ….talking capitalism and all things conservative but can’t be bothered to humble themselves before the lord. Remeber he is the light you are either in it or out of it. Period full stop time for the MEN to start doing some soul searching.
Apart from that supposed conservatives talk a good game but let’s see your mortgages and debt to income ratios…..if you make payments on everything you have , you are not a conservative. If you have no savings you are not a conservative. This is the problem. Men have become to proud and it’s killing us.
It should really be a bigger story about the media’s treatment of this event. A Metro News Toronto editor is the one who manufactured this “controversy”, the same as they did for the Bill 10 issue as well. Then they locked down their article for comments.
A Calgary Herald journalist (not a columnist!) posted a news story claiming that GamerGate — which is a hashtag — is a “hate group”.
Meanwhile, CORUS journalist Britney LeBlanc with Edmonton’s iNews 880 openly said groups that don’t agree with her extremist feminist views should be banned from speaking at any event, and falsely claimed they were being disruptive. (She also blocked me for tweeting that if I was holding a press conference I’d have her booted if she asked a question I didn’t like).
The left-wing media’s complicity in this controversy is unforgivable, and more people should be challenging these SJWs in social media — primarily their Facebook pages — to explain why they shouldn’t resign from their news orgs.
