Alt media investigative reports have uncovered joint DHS/army plans and running training exercises where the forces are taking on gun owners/tea party people in urban firefight situations – this is not your granddad’s gummint.
Back during the Chicago riots, with that extreme civil disorder – insurrection 0 ONLY the National Guard trained in civil riot control. I suppose a yellow journolist could say the Army trained too, but in reality, we only stood around and watched. They were training on our playground. We didn’t help’ we didn’t encourage. Of course, if we wanted to get involved ore stop the riots, a single 155 howitzer shooting case shot, on Michigan avenue would have stopped all rioting. BUT WE DIDN’T.
Well, they are starting to close in, but not fast enough; Obama will likely be out of the WH before any thought of impeachment will be weighed more widely. A small consolation is that this should poison Shillary’s POTUS shot. Chould

You’re missing the part where the infighting is threatening the Democrats who were sent to infiltrate the Republican party (RINOs). We call them Red Tories here and for some reason I can’t figure out still seem feed the need to appease them.
The Democrats operate with the mantra to the independent voter, both parties are the same and will screw you so you might as well vote Democrat and the RINO’s are trying hard to make that happen. The tea party is threatening the RINO’s and by extension the Democrats who give them the marching orders.

The donkey’s fear/problem is that they have been advised that LIV’s rioting in urban settings is not a big problem…..worst case scenario is a widely disbursed, well armed, practiced, principaled element in the red states which is difficult to interdict with artillery fires or air strikes.
The question is whether the military will kick down doors in in “Father Knows Best”, Beaver Cleaver, Mayberry territory…..or mutiny…..then who has the 155’s?
