    Finally couldn’t take the ridiculous situation at LGF and flamed out last week. Got myself banned in about 10 minutes for daring to say that CJ’s enormous ego had eliminated reasonable debate at LGF. Nothing left there but asslickers.
    Johnson seems about 2 months short of coming out openly in support of Obama and the Democratic party. Unbelievable, bizarre, how that site has changed in less than a year.

  5. They need to give Glenn a better time slot. We get it at 2 p.m. here. I love Hannity, but Glenn’s the guy who’s got the momentum, baby. Or maybe eliminate one of those talking head news shows on just after Beck; and give him a more favorable time slot.
    O’Reilly’s also getting soft in his old age. I think he’s jealous.

  6. I don’t think Beck even has a year at Fox yet does he? Pretty sure he was still at HLN during the election last year.
    And Chucky? ROFL!! I can see LGF at work. His Barry speech thread topped out at around 1000 posts. This time last year he would have had three or more threads larger than that to cover the traffic. Getting pretty thin over there.

    blames Beck for Sergent’s reassignment. Author Ryan Grim seems to think that Beck is somehow in control of the White House. No mention of Sergant’s culpability.
    Some Democrats are comparing Beck to Joseph McCarthy. I don’t think they like him very much. Beck that is. Or McCarthy either, I think.

  18. Stossel is doing a weekly show on Fox Business and will appear regularly on Fox news Channel. He’ll also do 4 specials a year, like he did at the alphabet network.
    Beck will most likely remain at 5 until O’Reilly leaves. Hannity is not going to move, Greta could move but as long as she holds the majority of Hannity’s audience they will not move her.(Not sure when her contract is up)
    Hey West Coast, Beck is replayed at 11pm pacific. I DVR him and don’t forget as long as you watch beck within 8 hours Beck gets credited with the rating. Plus, this new rating system that will compete with Neilsen starts next week. How will the numbers change?

  23. Glen Beck loves his country and his Liberty. He BELIEVES in the Constitution and the motto of all patriots: ‘Live Free or Die’. That motto is, in my opinion, an oxymoron because slaves do not live, they exist.
    If a person does not have the right to free speech, freedom of movement, freedom to worship, the right to vote for his/her form of government and to criticise that government without fear, the right to bear arms to protect family, person and property and the right to own property; then that person is a servant/slave: not a citizen.
    Glen Beck is defending every body’s freedom by unearthing crooks in the government who are attempting to steal the Freedom of the American people by taking over the economy. If the Big 0 and his camp followers win against citizens all nations of the free world will fall to the terrorists/Bolsheviks because it is American ‘might for right’ that keeps the barbaric hoards from our doors. After the Liberals/Dippers/Blocheads starved our Military for decades we didn’t have the fighting power to sink a Spanish Galleon. Why did the Liberals do that? Things that make me go humm?
    Glen Beck is a hero. He is a brave and honorable man and we should thank Heaven that we still have men like him who are willing to risk their necks for the rest of us. I pray for Glen, his family and his fellow Liberty fighters every day.

    Just because a President is black does not mean he cannot be investigated and his cohorts cannot be investigated.
    The stuff Glenn Beck has shown is actual footage/transcripts of his czars/advisors. The truth speaks for itself. It doesn’t matter who brings it to light. Closing your eyes and covering your ears does not hide it. It’s there.
    P.S.: I wish I was a “young” blogger.

    I’m sure no matter which president is cite you will point to something you would consider them to have screwed up. All presidents make mistakes. I would argue that dem presidents screw up on a larger scale because they believe in big government while GOP leaders generally do not.
    I would take eisenhower, Reagan, bush one and two and yes, Nixon over FDR JFK LBJ JC BC and BO any day. HST would be the only exception but then he was the only one who did not have presidential ambitions (and his term was probably the most corrupt in the last 100 yrs).

  40. O’Reilly kind of brags that he doesn’t “do” the internet. This of course leaves big gaps in his knowledge of most issues. Beck, on the other hand, seems to have a very good staff that is on top of topics from the start. Since Obama’s radical leftism was hidden by our media all along, Beck will have an absolute blast telling his audience about the crazies that populate the administration. I plan to sit back and enjoy the spectacle.

  42. By the way I phoned Bell Expressvu and tried to order Fox News ala carte. I was told it was the only Chanel in the news 2 package that could not be order separately and it was Fox that made this restriction. Does anybody know if this is true?

  43. Well, Bob C said God should bless the USA, so I guess he is on the level in his concern for the United States. Maybe we were wrong about Van Johnson. Maybe white environmentalists really were steering pollution into black neighborhoods and we are all just too racist to see it. That is probably it.
    Of course, on the other hand, maybe Johnson was lying then, or is he lying now? Who knows? Since we can only prove that one of his statements is a lie, but not which one is the lie, we should have let him off the hook.

  45. I received the following email comment as part of a request for funds fron the same group who request funds for supporting CBC. A unrequited request. “We must move quickly to replenish FRIENDS war chest and prepare for the biggest campaign in our history”. The address is http://www.friends.ca/files/html/09sept11-election.html The question(s) I have is this funding request in a similar vein as the propaganda effort from the Whitehouse and what exactly is the Friends organization?   47. I don’t know about the Bell Expressview but I can order any channel from a package from Eastlink here in Atlantic Canada. Fox News was packaged up with a half dozen other “news” type channels so I got the package for a couple of bucks more than taking only Fox. Always nice to pop into the other MSM to see what they are flogging.

  49. Got Rogers to put Fox news on my cable today. Had to take a few fairly useless items with it but the additional cost was quite reasonable.
    Ann Coulter, now there’s someone who doesn’t mince words when she chop,chop,chops.

  50. Next thing I’m gonna start agitating for is to put someone worth listening to on CKNW during the day. Bill Good and Christy Clark aren’t worth listening to. I haven’t listened to CKNW in months. If they moved Adler to a daytime slot, I’d be there.
    I’ve been listening to American talk radio instead. Much better.
