Then when the complaint hit the political level (Political appointees like CHRC head Jeniffer Lynch) the CHRC dropped the complaint like a hot potatoe.
It was a pure political decision to drop the Macleans complaint. Nothing to do with the idea that the CHRC throws out complaints that are without merits.
It is also telling that Mark Lemire got out of many things BEFORE he ever got word of the complaints. Could it actually be that Kozak was talking to him behind the scenes and warning him of what was coming. Like the complaint against his message board, that was removed between the time the complaint was filed and before he was officially notified. Gee ya, just a fluke eh?
It might just be conspiracy theory, but Lemire dogged many of Warman’s bullets by removing material before he got “official notice” of it.
In March of 2004, on Lemire’s website, he thanked Kozak without ever saying why he was thanking her. Perhaps now we know, thanks to Ezra Levant.
