WLMR – I normally agree with your posts, but sorry: you’re off the mark on this one.
Your personal opinions of Rush notwithstanding, the attempted smear by “Dingy” Harry Reid & the other democrat senators is a low point in US politics: the first time when the US senate has conspired to silence a private citizen by railroading their 1st Ammendment rights.
I heard the original soundbyte a couple of weeks ago, and Limbaugh is indeed on high ground in this issue: the Dems haven’t bothered to check the propaganda by the Soros/Hillary-based MediaMatters, and have fallen flat on their collective faces. They just can’t stop digging deeper on this.
Limbaugh’s auctioning off the letter & giving the benefits to a US military charity (matching the $2.1 million final bid) is a stroke of genius.
