Interesting ….
In a country run by communists in the second half of the XX century, the judges were instructed how to meet out socialist justice. Those judges that were true to justice got around the socialist justice using the socialist justice own newspeak to reach verdicts that were the least unjust.
This was a totalitarian dicktatorship enforced by the police and the ‘justice’ industry. The police did the dirty work and the bottom feeders put a soft lip on it,
It is interesting that in a ‘free’ country like this here Canada, the ‘justice’ industry is enforcing very voluntarily and with great fanfare, non-crime. They are enforcing your thoughts, as though you have no right to think, as though they will think and decide for you what ever it is that the dicktat dicktates.
The ‘justice’ industry is all mighty, the parliament has nothing to stop them. The rules are that you can’t criticize a judge, lest it throws you in jail for contempt. That you have no contempt is no defense, it decides, there is no appeal.
Communists, socialists, fascists and other such ‘ists had that kind of power, they covered in in legal bullshit.
In this ‘free’ country, you have no snowball’s chance in hell to get justice in those kinds of cases.
There is nobody, but nobody that will take on the ‘justice’ industry.
And the current dicktator is free to impose whatever he will. The system is rigged and you are Morlocks that submitted to the dicktat without a whimper.
This is where we are.

Now even though most literate persons can make the needed connection.
Only a Canadian Human Rights Commissioner could be absolutely certain that the first sentence is “Hate Speech” toward all lawyers..
And :”Truth is no defence” according to our Supreme Court..
Of course the BC law society is persecuting this lawyer,how dare he offer his services to such an uncouth boor as a white hetrosexual breeder..
And a very smart long term plan by the law society..
Solving parental rights over minors now,will prevent massive legal wrangling and lawsuits in the future..
More work for the special ones..

Now regarding all these failed lawyers we elect to write our laws,some call them “politicians”, is their behaviour not conflict of interest?
For most go back to being lawyers..
After writing insane and incomprehensible laws and regulation..
That serve no taxpayer,but enrich lawyers as a profession…
And a very old profession it is.
Forcing us to validate the delusions of others, the judge should be removed from the bench. Misgendering is not- nor will it ever be- violence against a person.
It’s not “misgendering” to call a girl a girl.
Apparently it can be, now that Shiny Pony rules the nation. Also recall that a US Supreme Court nominee recently answered “I am not a biologist” to the question “Please define what ‘woman’ is.”
Personally I do not speak to people who make a show of displaying their pronouns, whatever said pronoun might be. There’s no profit in it.
This is how “civilizations” die. Do you really think the gag order is to protect those involved? It’s to keep the public unaware, because if it became aware…
“Hi, my preferred pronouns are They/Them.”
“And mine are Good/Bye.”
Don’t engage. Walk away from any of the pronoun asshats who can’t match their pronouns to their chromosomal arrangement.
