  1. Sorry, another black pill.

Guys like this always amaze me because they think the fall of institutions and governments is the same as a nation dying.

But no, you have to k1ll the actual humans in it before a nation can die. And nobody is going to k1ll The English as a people.

The government is clearly -trying- to kill or replace them at the moment, but what the Leftist imbeciles fail to understand is that no government can survive losing the consent of the governed. Not in Cambodia, not in China, Russia, Cuba, nowhere. Sooner or later the collective foot-dragging and passive sabotage will bring them down, if nothing else does.

And be it noted, there was an English Civil War once upon a time. They deposed Charles I over taxes, as I recall. There’s no reason why they might not have another one over taxes again.

So I’m sorry, Mr. Blackpill is wrong. I’m not confident the -government- of Britain will survive, nor the Monarchy, but I’m sure once the overburden of socialism (and the associated theft) is removed, the nation as a thing in itself will be just fine. Because all the same people will still be there, going to work and coming home to dinner.

    1. I wish I could be as optimistic as you but demographics is destiny. The majority of Children born in England are to non native parents. When the old generation die off and the young generation grow up the English will be a small minority of the English population. Add in any English who want a future for their children are leaving, and their won’t be anything left.

      1. And just as in America … the government, the media, and esp. corporations are all kowtowing to the NEW people … to every ethnicity that isn’t white. White people have been replaced in every single aspect of American life. Everywhere.

And look at the rise of outright communists in American political office. These aren’t white people born in America, raised by American nuclear families. And certainly not whites who like their own kind. These are foreigners and broken people who know nothing and care nothing for trad. American values … including the US Constitution.

We have been replaced. Past tense.

        1. Sad to say, though….over recent decades, there is a growing demographic of “old stock” white people in all western nations that also cares nothing for traditional values and shared history.
Broken people come in all colors and are the result of broken nuclear family structures, influenced by west-hating media, and corrupted by marxist academics etc.

    2. History Geek weighing in – actually, the English have had 3 Civil Wars – the one between the Empress Maude and King Stephen (see the Brother Caedfael Chronicles), the War of the Roses in the mid-late 1400’s (between the House of York and the House of Lancaster with Henry Tudor winning by sneaking up the middle and pretending to be on he side of the House of Lancaster) and then the one in the 1600’s. So yes, about every 200-400 years there is another civil war and I think Great Britain is ripe for action!

    3. Phantom I wish I could agree with you.
Yes, maybe enough citizens know in their hearts how to make things sane again in enough numbers to matter, and with the level of tolerance that’s wise and unyielding but I fear their won’t be enough people under a certain age that can pull that conviction out of themselves and join the fight.
Utopia has been preached for awhile now.
You can see it in all the distractions, even the older people hold dear.
And the elite aren’t going to let go without an even dirtier fight.

    4. The problem the people have is that the government controls th guns. When one side has chants and the other has semi-automatics, I think you can guess who the winner is.

      Just look at Iran.

  2. As Starkey suggests, this thing can go one of two ways, some unified version of the (in my words) fatally compromised conservatives or the civil war version as predicted by David Betts. If I had to bet, I would choose the later.

  3. I don’t think they succeed.
Grotesquely unmentioned is the death of the British imperial system at the hands of Trump.
British academic suicide is like a thallium poisoning, long, slow, and irreversible.
There appears to be no understanding of or for genuine conservativism over conservatism, or any abiding theoretical perspective offered (and British history offers a lot to choose from, Gladstone, for example).
    In short, a nothingburger.

Canada’s in the same rut, tied, apparently, to this dying horse.

World Cup fans, while mugged in Toronto, are having the time of their life in Boston, and agog with a Buckey’s near Dallas.

Canadians can either follow this video and hope something happens, or take the necessary steps to make better of and for themselves. Interestingly there was a distinction made between independence and revolution. Perhaps that was instructive.

  4. Sorry can’t watch blithering idiots like Starkey. He, his ilk and the Fabians are the primary reason for the current state of the Ukay. Supposedly a historian, but with little concept of actual history just pompous pontification around the frilly edges of discord.
