In fairness, I think the Liberals are just saying that the LPC can’t have two leadership candidates running at the same time who are respectively being interfered with by the two largest countries on earth by population. It might create tensions between Canada and the larger of the two.
They need to stick to one country, for now. At least, that’s what their overseas friends are telling them
