11. I’ve dealt with Paula Simmons on a couple of occasions and found her to be opinionated but reasonable. I’m opinionated as well, aren’t we all?

    In this case there appears to be evidence that suggests PC ignored the local requests to deal with the dead trees. Probably the standard Ottawa response. A lawsuit might sort out liability.
