CTV- Pfizer agrees to settle more than 10K lawsuits over Zantac cancer risk
Pfizer has agreed to settle more than 10,000 lawsuits about cancer risks related to the now discontinued heartburn drug Zantac, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the deal.
The agreements cover cases in U.S. state courts but don’t completely resolve the company’s exposure to Zantac claims, the report said, adding that financial details of the deals were not immediately available.

Pfizer is a criminal organization and should be treated as such.
Dealers, uh I mean doctors shouldn’t left off the hook either.
Not sure I agree with that. Doctors were coerced. No jabbing patients no job. I think the doctors should be suing their professional organizations. Also anyone hurt by the jab should be suing the professional organizations that threatened to take the licenses away from doctors who didn’t push the jab.
Just following orders, right?
Gimme a break!
Doctors – of all people – could have, and should have, spoken out. Same as our lawyers. They made a mockery of their oaths. And they’re still hiding in the long grass.
My Hindu Doctor is a MAJOR pill pusher. She hasn’t met a drug she doesn’t like. It really makes me wonder whether she’s getting a commission from the Drug dealers, err Pharmaceutical Dealer
And Pfizer is now crowing about anti-cancer drugs. It is another “create demand, sell more product” pipeline.

You know, I’m beginning to think that some of these Pharmaceutical guys don’t have our best interests at heart. Perhaps there’s a peer reviewed article they can publish to dispel my fears.
Just another day at the office for Pfizer. Money from drug = X Cost of development and paying off harms done =Y.
Y is less than X = good drug.
Pharmaceutical companies follow a predatory business model not a virtuous healthcare model. Add in regulatory capture, fierce lobbying of politicians, and buying off media with advertising revenue..the result is the most of rancid example of psychotic corporatism.
It seems every five to ten years after a new drug or medical device comes into the market, a lawyer runs an advertisement looking for class action clients.
