Real question is, how much of that originates from Canada (besides the garbage (aka stuff we sort and call recycled waste) shipped overseas to the third world including those used adult diapers that were shipped to the Philippines).
the problem is that the recyclable plastic, isn’t, so it either gets shipped to a third world country and dumped, or gets buried here.
