Sounds like baizou basically describes the victim pimps so prevalent in the western world. Al Sharpton, etc. care only about personal power and gain, using any and all available tools to get it, while actively hurting the people they lie about helping. There has always been con men; but I am done giving any f#cks for the crowds of fools who who keep following them despite decades of evidence it’s a losing strategy.

That paragraph pretty much sums up the attitudes of progressives of all political parties. When the author described the “50 cent party”, I couldn’t help but think of the CBC and her private sector clones, the main difference being that they do it mostly through the old media.

Oh man ! Thank you so much, Lance, for sharing this article … Miriam Webster needs to ADD two new words to our English adoption of foreign words … baizuo was shengmu (圣母) !! I am SO going to USE these round-eye slurs in my comments from now on. And the fact that these words were first coined to describe Angela Merkel endorses the intellectual accuracy of these terms. ALL of Hollywood is shengmu. Weepy-faced multi-millionaires who call for increased taxation on the working poor to assuage their own guilt for living the high life. This reminds me that the Chinese are not a nation of dirt-poor, uneducated, coolies. But rather, they are quite perceptive and “multi-national” in their understanding of the world.
