Yepper bartinsky; but must say the Planned Low-Information Voter really started early with The First Bureaucrat Federal Government of Lester B. (Mike) Pearson.
prime Minister Pearson was put into place by Prime Minister St. Laurant (spell?) out of the decades long Bureaucrat training process. (Some will say St. Laurant was the last Quebecois Prime Minister)
