I went to that college
Years ago, all we cared about was how the surf was at the beaches.
The whole place has gone nuts.
EVERYTHING crosses the line at universities these days.
An interesting story.
Which is why I supplied a link to it on June 7th’s Reader Tips thread. My comment was simply…
“Maybe there is SOME hope that common sense and the respect for freedom of speech is still alive in SOME University students.”
Someone at the ACLU must be on crack. They’re actually defending ‘free speech’. For the past 20 years they’ve only been defending the speech they want to be hear AKA liberal/socialist/marxist speech.
Funny thing … the ACLU hasn’t issued a single word defending FREE SPEECH … when it is used to oppose Gay “marriage”. SOME speech needs protection … eh, ACLU ? Some … speech.
I guess the “Je ne suis pas Charlie ” Ts are a big seller at UCSD.
