Sounds like a tacit admission that Liberal govt imposed regulations on Canadian manufacturing are an overwhelming burden. Prigressuve regulations have denied Canaduan manufacturers a competitive playing field.
Meh, I’ll score it as consistent with globalist aspirations, MPEP, avoiding Trump tariffs, continuing to be a bad neighbor to the USA and all unsuspecting trade partners by relabeling China 5hit. And… it goes without saying, further effing over the Canadian manufacturing sector.
