We’ll look back at this in 2036 (or 2046?) as the least expensive year ever for high speed rail in whatever’s left of tier 2 Canada by then.
Do you think ViaRail or whoever the rail overseer is then, will apologize for leaving 20 seconds early or 20 seconds late like they do in Japan?
