SOMALI FRAUDSTER FACES ZERO JAILTIME
Said Awil Ibrahim pleaded guilty to carrying out massive Medicaid fraud, and will receive NO JAILTIME after taking a plea deal from MN Attorney General Keith Ellison.
Ibrahim will instead be given 5 years probation with a requirement to help track a missing fugitive co-defendant.
Here’s something that has been troubling me. Why is the IRS not involved in all of these fraud cases? If you or I were to misrepresent our business (or even not be able to account for a pitance of say $1,000) the IRS would shift into top gear and throw every tool they have at you (liens, penalties, jail time etc.) However, this individual serving no jail time was only prosecuted on the State level. Where is the IRS?
I’m going to guess that our esteemed AG Ellison (crook, liar, thief, race-baiter) is arranging lots of these punishment-free guilty pleas so that the defendants don’t testify to his own involvement in the fraud. He’s on tape with all of these people prior to the fraud becoming known, promising to help them and then taking campaign contributions from them.
In Minnesota, Democrat means crook.
I am sure that the muslim attorney general would never be biased in favour of another muslim…
