Canada’s largest city is not a serious place. Olivia Chow and many of Toronto’s councillors are pathetic jokes.
You can buy a Yonge & Dundas Square t-shirt here.

Toronto: old Oneida word meaning flies on dung-heap.
A black progressive councilor is a race-baiter?
Well color me surprised.
He’s obviously pig-ignorant when it comes to the word/meaning of Sankofa and probably every other shit chunk of “black history”.
It’ll only get worse with all These People.
One might think that Moise’s ancestors are from the proud slave trading nation that included the Akan people, who fell victim to oppression by the Royal Navy, who was suppressing the TransAtlantic slave trade, and thus eliminating the biggest export of Ghana.
There is a serious problem emerging. What happens when the blacks who support the name change of Young & Dundas Square run into the “actual owners” of that traditional land?
“The traditional land of Toronto is the ancestral territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat Peoples. This land is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples. Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands. The land has been stewarded by Indigenous peoples for thousands of years, supporting human activity through hunting, fishing, and gathering.” according to CoPilot.
The Inuit? Canada’s northern people? Canada’s coastal people? Call Toronto their home? Ok. That’s a new one for me. They probably have a legitimate claim to Greenland.
The Métis didn’t even exist before the white man came to Canada.
How will these “owners” be treated by the recent immigrants from India and Pakistan who now “own” Brampton, or the Chinese who now “own” Richmond Hill?
I’m not sure who is piloting the ship but they sure love rocky shores.
Politicians don’t care about public opinion unless it aligns with their own opinions.
Chow allowed the renaming of this public square despite the fact that 72% of Torontonians opposed it. Justin Trudeau changed the words to the Canadian National Anthem despite the fact that 75% of all Canadians opposed it. Straight-up virtue signalling BS in both cases.
Virtue-signaling sounds too nice.
Its oppressive overrule.
It epitomizes Shithole Doctrine – tell the plebes how it is or we’ll dis-employ them and de-bank them, just for starters.
Its only going to get worse because these awful pricks want it to.
I am moving to Ontario this Spring, to be closer to both my daughter and my nephew who are the executors of my estate when I die. I “used” to live in Toronto but would never go back to ChowTown now. I will visit occasionally as I still have long time friends who live there, but I refuse to put up with the work municipal politics.
Trudeau’s adoption of the nihilism of multiculturalism has naturally evolved from the moral equivalence of all cultures to state-induced sociological corrosion. The accompanying pathology is the group rights in his Charter which is another affront to individual rights including free speech and equality under the law. Next step – ethno-cultural civil war, all consistent with the end-stage democracy of the transition from bankrupt welfare state to tyranny.
Sadly, I see a dystopian Cuban Mad Max future for Canada. And for NYC, and CA (it’s already taken hold in LA).
The Integrity Commissioner found that Moise violated council rules when called the deputant a “racist”, but there is no punishment, because Moise deployed his skin color as defence.
At the same time Toronto is worried that ICE will be in Toronto during John Tory’s Folly, and put forth a motion to debate and ban them. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/mayor-olivia-chow-no-ice-motion-9.7136886
The “Elbows Up!” retards will be giddy with glee over this. Sadly, there really are people that stupid.
Rub ‘N’ Tug Square.
I used to live in Toronto back when it was still a Canadian city. It was quite fun except for the winters that would stretch into April.
My first time back, about 15 years ago was eye opening, and not in a good way. Kensington Market, once a vibrant hub of delis, cafes, etc had become a cluster of tacky Jamaican junk stalls. The subway still worked, but had far too many dicey looking characters for comfort. The tasty Greek restaurants on Danforth had begun to move out. The business district looked like downtown Asia. That might be OK, but between them and the older pointy headed liberals socialism is too deeply ensconced to ever be dislodged. Chow is probably the perfect mayor to preside over TO’s ultimate demise.
You can vote your way into Communism…
Y R U Fkd?
Look in the mirror.
In a city of exploited taxpayers, it should be “Dunned Ass Square”.
