I suspect that something was found in the intelligence community’s possession substantiating a foreign nexus to election irregularities in Fulton County, Georgia. I suspect that FISA warrants and active Operations have pulled that thread and established an extensive record of evidence. I suspect that this is later into the investigation, rather than earlier.

Republicans are poised to make a decent run for the mid-terms. Some signs of the economy kicking in, uncovering of massive voter fraud and huge wellfare scandals might do the trick.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be a foreign nexus. It could be that the CIA or another three-letter agency was up to some dirty tricks.
Some of the corruption, fraud and insurrection that are coming to light in so many areas is so widespread that I have to think the the driving force is mostly domestic. And if not a driving force at least an enabling one.

That’s what Warner is fishing for. You’ll notice that Senator Tom Cotton, the chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence is quiet on the issue. IOW, he’s perfectly fine letting the investigation take its course. Warner, on the other hand, is trying to figure out what he’s dealing with. He can’t come right out and say that the investigation is unnecessary because he doesn’t know if there are confidential FISA warrants floating around out there that have scrounged up documentation to show Intelligence Community involvement, Foreign Intelligence community, Foreign entity or Democrat party operative involvement in advance of the raid. When he chaired the SSCI, he served as a gatekeeper to protect his “friends” and party. He was intimately involved with the witch hunt on Trump (as was the entire committe, which is why I still don’t trust Rubio as far as I can throw him).
Back in June, even Tom Cotton was trying to halve the DNI’s budget to limit Gabbard’s effectiveness. So, now, Warner is begging for an audience with Gabbard stating that she’s obligated to brief him on why she went to Georgia. She’s not under that obligation. But, the press is going to play it up and try and force it. That’s when Cotton will step in.
You’ll want to make some fresh popcorn for this one. It wouldn’t surprise me if right now highly illegal efforts were being made to compromise Judge Trenga (Presiding Judge over the FISC) or Judge Roberts, overseer of that Court. And, we’ve seen in the past how malleable both are.
