Dallas Brodie has been removed as the leader of OneBC.
She was dealing with taboo dynamite, “daring” to ask for proof of mass indigenous graves that have become the official narrative. Of course, no proof has ever been put forth. After all, why interfere with the massive grift?!

The players have been somewhat disclosing on X.
The trigger seems to Center around a young assistant of Brodie’s, a speechwriter/assistant. Thielmann says she bullied, berated and yelled at the assistant to the point of resignation.
Brodie says the assistant was anti-Semitic, which prompted her disdain.
Where from here?
With BC politics being so disruptive, and Eby’s giveaway of everything including our homes, it would appear at a 30,000 ft level, that the opportunity is here for a re-alignment of the opposition forces to ‘unite’ under a new leader, flush the old, and try to find a solution against this horrible Marxist sellout government.
OneBC is/was a great thorn in the side of the NDP, but, would never elect a government here. There are simply far too many leftists and centrists to ever let that happen.

OneBC is toast. I don’t know what the infighting was about but it’s irrelevant, that much public squabbling so soon after it was formed is a death knell, no matter who is right or wrong.
Given that mass-grave skepticism was part of OneBC’s platform from the start, I doubt that’s it. It could that Brodie was just crappy at managing people. It happens a lot with new political parties.

If elections were likely to change anything, they’d be illegal.
Corollary: when a political party’s leadership proves to be serious about changing anything for the better, a way is invariably found to replace it with soneone more to the liking of the people who make all the real decisions.
So, Dallas Brodie was smeared as an anti-Semite by people working for the sickeningly anti-Semitic Chinese Communist Party, who saw OneBC as a threat to the control of British Columbia by CCP proxies, and were not willing to tolerate any genuine opposition not under CCP control.

I’ve read Grave Error, am half way through the sequel Dead Wrong and have viewed all of Dallas Brodie’s superb documentary Making a Killing . She is a very fine principled woman, a former lawyer. Ergo: She had to be taken out.

OneBC was gaining support very quickly, by speaking basic truths.

OneBC is another futile attempt at forming a principled party much like the Peoples Party confirming once again that honesty is at odds with electability. Brodie is a treasure but is incompatible with a party that needs the mindless mushy middle to form a government as the media won’t allow honesty and principles to be part of an “acceptable” party that isn’t an integral party of the institutional left. She should stay as an independent and shame whoever is in power to do the right thing or least damaging which excludes the shameless NDP.
Because of Dallas Brodie I joined OneBC after Rustad’s treatment of her.
Now that Rustad is gone and Halford is interim leader maybe Dallas should run for new leader of the BC Conservatives?
