   1. FFS John, you make cogent points as always, omitting the only relevant fact. The west is populated by Canadians, there will be no separation, separation takes courage. The federal government will say Boo! and westerners will turn in subversives (separatists) get on their knees and beg mommy government for protection and gruel, sell their children out in hopes they are eaten last.
      Canada will end, but by outside forces, the unworthy cowards that currently infest it lack anything resembling the courage or confidence to take their fate in their own hands. Shithole.

         My father,who served in Italy and Holland , said that he believed he and his fellow soldiers had been shooting the wrong people(after years of reflection.)
         After watching the fools and bandits give 2 standing ovations to a genuine NAZI,in Canada’s Parliament I now agree with Dad.
         Having worked construction most of my life,I believe there is a real difference of character between East and West.
         And that gulf of value systems has been reflected in voting patterns for decades.
         So we should not have to wait too much longer to find out.

         1. I hope you are right, I even pray it. I have watched Canada fail too many times to have any faith. Eastern voting makes me want to puke, at the same time the elected reflect the electors. Voting CPC changes nothing, because there is only a sliver of distance between them and the Libranos. The difference is in degree, not in kind. Canada would never elect a Trump, and apart from his first three months, it seems they have stalled.

            A Milei is what is needed, can’t see one until everything crashes.

Had Hitler not endangered us, would we not have been evil to ally with Stalin? When Hitler was Stalin’s ally, clearly it was evil to submit to him? So did nothing change when they became enemies? And when Hitler was clearly willing to let your people live, and Stalin clearly determined to see them dead?

               Did your late father serve in Korea? If so, who was he fighting? How far beyond the pale would it be to show him respect?
