   as a useful tool against Freedom was not required of the greatest generation.

   It is required of the following generations.

   1. The West’s greatest generation gave the Commies plenty of help with land-lease. There were also the Commie traitors of the Manhattan project who gave them the A bomb. The Brits gave the Soviets the Nene engine right after the war, to “equalize” the Cold War. After reverse-engineering, it powered the Mig 15 that was the scourge of the Korean skies, shooting down plenty of US bombers and fighters. No, the greates generation is not without blame for the rise of Communism. The fighting men deserve praise, but the politicians of theat greatest generation were some of the worse filth.

      1. And many of that filth encouraged the (especially the rich and spoiled) Boomers to cry for “peace” aka capitulation.

      2. Vast numbers of American trucks and food supplies gave the Red Army the means to push the Wehrmacht all the way back to Berlin. Absent that, the two totalitarian armies would have slogged it out for years on the steppes. The enormous advantage given to the the Russians by American capitalist industry was a major embarrassment for Stalin; he constantly tried to minimize the contribution and his toadies in the West did everything they could to carry water for him.

   2. But what did those brilliant Brits do in the first election after the war and the “defeat of National Socialism”? They turfed Churchill and the Conservatives and elected the socialist Labour Party.

8. Britain today looks a lot like it might have if the Nazis had won WWII. Most Labour policies could have been lifted whole from Nazi legislation of the 1940s.

   People forget that the Nazis were a bunch of anti-smoking pro-feminist Greenie health-nuts, with a lust for making the trains run on time. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?

11. What has Canada become? Arrived in 1960 with family from Holland as immigrants. Had a great life here as a Canadian citizen. Can’t believe how Liebrals are destroying the Canadian spirit.
