  1. Get a Bigger Tent.
The “property price to income ratio” is astounding, when compared to the US.
Perhaps Kate’s Alabama Dream Home is still on the market.

  2. The Snowbird Index
It would be entertaining to understand how the authors defend pronouncing a single number as an objective characterization of the climate in nations whose physical size is as vast and topography as varied as Canada and the US.
Why yes, Key West is EXACTLY like Duluth.

  3. Your comment made me look back to 2012, when the Property Price to Income Ratio was
    – United States: 2.8
    – Canada: 4.9

This should be front page news across the country!

  4. Behind Belgium by mid-2025. Belgium doesn’t even exist as a country. Walloons and Flemish– Yeah, no. Doesn’t exist.

  5. Yeah, but, but, but, the NPCs don’t mind and will voter for the so called “Liberals” just the same.
It is just the way it is and will not change until the NPCs get hit in the pocket, no more free stuff.
