5. Just a random thought I had today…

   What if the murderer of Iryna Zarutska were simply turned over to the Government of Ukraine, and sentenced by Ukrainian courts to serve on the front lines…armed with only a pocket knife, until the war ends. If he survives he would serve life in a Ukrainian prison (they don’t have the death sentence), or be returned to the USA for capital punishment.

For 830000 new residents in the first Quarter government supplied housing will cost over one trillion.
