Today In The Vote Rich Rapey-Beheader Community

Long War Journal;

Last week, the Canadian government issued its 2025 report assessing money laundering and terrorist financing risks in Canada. The report noted that Hezbollah was using both illicit and otherwise legal channels in the country to fund its activities in Lebanon—including exploiting the charitable and non-profit sectors and trade-based money laundering techniques.

One noted example was Hezbollah’s continued utilization of the used car trade to raise revenue. The report stated that the Port of Montreal in Quebec Province is a “known link where luxury vehicles are shipped to Lebanon, financially supporting Hezbollah.”

  1. “…Hezbollah’s continued utilization of the used car trade to raise revenue. ”

    Used. As in, without trade-in value or payment. As in, “They took my Used car from my driveway at 2 a.m. while I was sleeping.

    1. Oh, they’ll sell anything they steal…even laundry detergent and groceries (I mention those items on purpose; lots of street crime involves welfare fraud and very mundane items). Criminals tend to do that: steal/sell anything.

      Policing 101: want to take a bite out of crime, start going after petty street thugs. You’ll eventually find out it’s all interconnected.

      1. Based on the amount of ongoing theft from my local Home Depot … evidently I am supporting Hezbollah and Hamas by paying for all Home Depot’s … “shrinkage”

  2. This isn’t new news (again, notice the date on this article), and I’m sure you’re all aware of this:

    They’ve been involved in worse things than stealing cars, but yeah, stealing cars too. Oh, and Hamas as well. Both have been listed as terrorist organizations in Canada — you have a legal framework (somewhat) that can deal with this; what you appear to lack is the will to go after them.
    Canada: the Great Northern Chicago (or perhaps Portland, insert any blue, sanctuary American city of your choice)

  3. I recently had an interesting encounter with a “Dragonfly” delivery guy that pegged my paronoia meter. I was washing my car and was expecting an Amazon delivery. When he came he delivered the package then turned his attention to the car and then to the neighbourhood, asking and the questions seemed abnormal, values of not only my car but of those of my neighbors and the houses . At the time I thought it was odd but I moved on.
    Later I began to think this would be a perfect means to scout for vehicles, as there are literally hundreds of “new” Canadians running around in delivery vans in every community abling them to pass this intelligence back to the “theft” ring.
    Man…..I’m losing it…..or maybe just my spidy sense is tingling
