Somewhere around here, I have a Republic of Alberta T shirt from a decade ago, it’s only slightly different from what I see in some online stores now.

We aren’t talking about the “51st state”. Alberta could stand alone as a country. It has roughly the same population as Norway, Denmark or Finland. Alberta GDP per capita is much higher than that of Denmark and Finland and on par with that of Norway. Alberta could operate connected to, but politically distinct from the U.S. I’m sure the U.S. military wouldn’t mind taking over the Cold Lake airbase. It wouldn’t hurt to have Saskatchewan join and well as a large part of B.C.
Ottawa fascists will not permit Alberta or the west in general to “hive off Canaduh”.

and oil revenue? do you think maybe if the ROC kicks you in the nuts about pipelines what about one going south? is there a 1/2 km strip of ROC territory running along the border w USA blocking that or sumptin?
