Won’t a California judge (i.e. a Democrat) just dismiss the charges?
The bionic face shields cost about $70.00 per. The box they come in is about 1 cubic foot. The bed of a standard pick-up, could easily hold 100 masks. Somebody paid about seven thousand dollars for the load and it sure wasn’t the doofus that delivered them. So tell me when they arrest someone for aiding and abetting the riots. I’ll bet next week’s paycheck it was the same character that arranged for the delivery of the skid loadsof bricks that were delivered to the riot areas. Funny how nothing comes of where the money comes from for these supplies, it must be either the Riot Fairy or the Riot Bunny.
They need to charge him with the federal max, probably 5 years, and only deal when he turns on the organizers and they are convicted.
