  4. Was it just prior to the federal election that the #Libranos were saying “maybe we didn’t ease up on the flow of immigration quite quickly enough” ?
    And the next year (now) do exactly the same thing? I have no idea what their end game is here, I’m certain things are going to be ugly soon enough, and right now, things aren’t nearly as ugly as they will be.

    I’m flummoxed on this one. Every day I’m confronted with new depths of which I never expected the gov’t to fall to. Imagine how much better it will be in 2 years with an additional 3-4 million people who don’t know how to properly sweep a floor. Which end of the tape measure is the business end?   8. Government demands you submit pictures of yourself for these race-based benefits, so there must be an HR person or committee that makes the call, and maybe they have some published guidelines.

    Where is a whistleblower when we need one?

    Name names of those who officially judge people by the colour of their skin, publish the guidelines.

    Or is simply identifying as black sufficient? In which case, why submit a picture?

    1. They will argue its legal under section 15(2) of the constitution, allowing for discrimination on the basis of race, as long as the beneficiary was discriminated against in the past on the same basis.

  10. Canadian charter of rights and freedoms, Article 15.(2): Equality of rights, Affirmative action programs, makes discrimination based on race, national origins, colour (etc) legal in Canada. You just have to be from a “disadvantaged individual or groups”.
