The Babylon Bee is better than the Onion in the Onion’s best years.
Bravo Tim! I wonder if he’ll be ‘SWATted’ again after his appearance …?

Cannot believe the extent to which the media and Democrats – BIRM – have gone to bat for this “Maryland Father of the Year!” Just when you think their tone deafness couldn’t get any worse! Personally, I hope their madness continues. I want the Democrats approval ratings to enter single digit territory!
Some Maryland man did something?
The gaslighting is unbelievable. 2019 court issued a “witholding of removal” order. If the government proved he was a gang member, that wouldn’t have happened. It’s harder to get that order than an asylum order. The Trump DOJ did not appeal the decision.
The current Trump DOJ has not taken any steps to get it removed. It would be easy if they could prove he’s a gang member.
Trumps DOJ in late March admitted the removal was a mistake. The district Court, appellate court, and SCOTUS (9-0) all agreed the removal was illegal and he should be brought back.
What you’re seeing in thus clip is a complete distortion of reality. They only care about the court of public opinion.
Which court issued the “withholding of removal” order and which court declared him a member of MS-13? Because it seems to me there are 53 “courts” in America all running around in different directions doing their own thing and some are just a branch of the Democratic Party, depending on who calls in a favor.
The 2 that denied his asylum/status were below the 2019 court. Those orders were appealed and stayed pending appeal. In other words, they were never in effect.
It’s funny how those details are left out isn’t it?
I stand corrected, the DOJ only published a single court order and it was related to being let out on bond for his removal hearing. His bond was denied.
Perhaps you can make sense of the Scotus decision.

I’m with this guy …
“What we are seeing is like the opening rounds of a prize fight in which the court and the president are testing each other out,” says Jeremy R. Paul, a professor of law and former dean of the Northeastern University School of Law.
It’s not over.
“To that extent,
the Government’s emergency application is effectively
granted in part and the deadline in the challenged order is
no longer effective. The rest of the District Court’s order
remains in effect but requires clarification on remand.”
I have no idea how people think the government won with this decision. The lower courts decision was not vacated.
Blah blah blah, nobody cares about your opinion. But keep doubling down on this issue, you’ll for sure convince people, if you’re just condescending and legally esoteric enough.
It’s not mine, it’s the opinion of SCOTUS.
And then there’s this…
“The matter will again be sent to the lower courts for further clarification — specifically on the issue of what constitutes the foreign affairs power the administration cites in its defense. Invoked in other of the administration’s legal battles, such as its fight to dismantle USAID funding, the nature of the president’s foreign affairs powers has long been the subject of debate.”
Does a district judge have the authority to order the Executive Branch on an immigration issue? I say hell no, but I’m just a Canadian bystander.
I just read up on Eisenhower’s mass deportation of Mexicans in his ‘Operation Wetback’. I wanted to see what Courts challenged his executive authority for removing these Mexicans from our country. There was no insurrection launched by leftist judges against Eisenhower. None.
Yes, America in the 1950’s was a much better place.
“Witholding of removal” didn’t exist back then.
Nonsense, withholding of removal is what I do every time I scramble for the toilet.
“It’s not mine, it’s the opinion of SCOTUS.”
Which you can’t seem to shut up about, despite this being an issue between the US and El Salvador and having nothing whatsoever to do with Canada.
(and despite the new photographic evidence of the gang tattoos that *prove* Trump to be correct)
It’s almost like you WANT the people here to laugh at you.
Awwww someone is upset. That’s not the solution to your problem.
The solution is to not be intellectually lazy while having a strong opinion about something.
“Awwww someone is upset.”
Laughing at you hardly upsets me.
” That’s not the solution to your problem.”
I’m not the one with the problem, because I’m not the one obsessed with an American issue that has already been resolved.
Maryland? state and nation of birth kind of thing for Maryland Man?
heyo leftoids, its kind of like physics.
USA fer instance isnt at the bottom of a sinkhole once youre there yas stay put.
nope.
more like an escalator or elevator go both directions individuals can climb out of this recess in the ground there are stairs and steps available.
also forcing the issue is accommodated.
its NOT by any means a one way street.
all this at LEAST.
There’s some uncomfortable people in that room seeing Tim Pool asking questions not approved by the MSM.
How would Canada’s media react if they’d had a post leadership debate with scrum while The Rebel was present?
“Maryland Man”?
Q. When is Canadian media going to start referring to gang bangers as “Roxham Road Canadians” ?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roxham_Road
Tim gets kudos for open, honest questioning and for flying in the face of the entirely Democrat aligned MSM; and the Trump administration equal credit for opening the doors to media that is capable of discussing actual facts.
I can guarantee you the MSM was laughing at him, his question proved how little he did in researching the case.
I like Tim, but I wish he would take off his hat at the White House.
